Visit the property few days ago.. n our stay was great and comfortable. The location of the hotel also center of the city,, and all the sightseeing places are near by the hotel. The service of the hotel and taste of the food very good. Thank u all

The ambience was pleasant, service was great and food was delicious. Enjoyed the lunch with family; good place to take a break from all sightseeing and shopping Will definitely visit again soon and recommend to friends and family too.

This hotel was a lunch time stop on a South India tour. I opted for the bar which is a delightful room off one of the dining venues. Sadly it took over 15 minutes to get a drink and over half an hour for a food order to be taken. The food and drink could not be faulted but one does expect better service from a hotel of this standing. The service industry in India got decimated by the Covid shutdown with ***y experienced staff leaving. It is clear that new recruits are struggling to cope. Whether this is the quality of staff attracted to the industry or lack of training is not clear. Like all Indians they are charming and could not be more apologetic. This hotel could do with some good ***agers to keep service standards at a level to attract and keep international travellers. My comments are solely relevant to a lunch time visit. I can not comment on the service if you are staying at the hotel. The hotel itself is very well presented and the welcome is excellent.

This is one of the worst rooms I’ve had. Where to begin: 1. Moldy shower curtain, full of black mold spots- had to replace 2. Room phone not working - had to replace 3. AC didn’t work. Techs came to fix, poked around in the ceiling, left and never returned 4. Room had no ventilation, was hot, and extremely stuffy. Woke up at 4 am to prop the front door open to get some kind of aeration 5. Hair dryer only works for 1 min then turns off 6. No place to put soap at the washroom sink, so you have soap sliding all over the counter 7. No room to hang hand towel 8. We had 3 people registered to stay in the room but they only provided 2 bath towels and had to bring up a cot after we settled into the room. 9. Some modern furniture and finishings in the room, but old & moldy doors and closets present. This is NOT the quality of a 4-star hotel! The pictures of the front make it appear like a luxurious hotel, but once you enter your room it’s does not meet the expectations. Very disappointed. Can’t wait to check out.

Excellent staff although the front desk staff could be a little more friendly. The security staff, the doormen, the restaurant staff, the in room dining staff and the housekeeping staff were all very friendly.

When we moved to a regular room after 2 nights, we had a very noisy neighbor above us all day and night. Front desk staff said they would move us to a different room after the first night of not being able to sleep (security staff tried to ask the noisy room to stop making disturbances). The front desk employee told me she would move us but then never contacted us to move.

the hotel ambiance ,room,stay everything was good but in breakfast one uncluttered lady name sesikala she was very rude and de***ding that spoiled our whole family mood instead of rash speaking somebody kindly teach some ethics to her Not a complaint its a request thank you

Luxury hotel doesn't suit here at all! Bathroom in bad condition. Faucet too tight,tub in poor condition, has a plastic mat (inside the tub ) so dirty we didn't feel like stepping on it. Its Door was literally chipped. Pillow cases not laundered. Staff was helpful but doesn't help the pathetic condition. Would think twice before booking

This is a very pleasant hotel with extremely pleasant staff who made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. The room was spotless. The bed comfy. There was a kettle, water with tea & coffee also provided. The laundry service was excellent. The included breakfast, a buffet, was delicious especially the dosa masala, the omelettes and eggs (beautifully cooked). We went to the Cafe for coffee. Very good. The restaurant for dinner was excellent with very pleasant and attentive wait staff. We chose not to have the buffet and chose alacarte. We were really pleased with the flavour and presentation of our meal. Delicious 😊 We would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Mysuru.
