Cabin smelt like cigarettes, neighbours were very loud to all hours of the evening. Couldn’t park car near cabin so packing was annoying.

Overall room good, quiet location before Christmas rush, swimming good too.

Staff and communication faultless The staff were amazing, communication was faultless. They went above and beyond to accommodate us for work and our small trucks. We ordered pizza's for tea and we asked the staff to leave them in our cabin in the fridge as we were getting back late from work after the cafe had shut so we could heat them up. Thats what i call old fashion great hospitality! I'll be bringing my family here for sure for a holiday.

Overall great time, as always! But the floor in our cabin was dirty, you could feel the sand under your feet.

Along with 3 other Couples we stayed at the Ingenia Holidays Murray Bend,Koonoomoo Victoria on Thur 6th,Fri 7th Sat 8th March 2025.On arrival Staff were friendly and accommodating,Facilities were average.The Park is along side the Murray River,ideal for boating and swimming,but sadly all these "positives" were destroyed by the Motor Bikes racing along-side our Sites and if the noise wasn't bad enough the dust created by the Bikes was terrible and very engulfing,and this went on for the 3 days we were there,thankfully not all day. Management were notified several times of the discomfort from the dust but said that area of land was not managed by them,end of story. Everyone of the Bike Riders was staying at their Park and they could have very easily persuaded them to STOP if they wished to remain at their Park. As it was a long weekend we paid top dollar which was fine but not for the excessive noise and dust created by the Bikes. We were unanimous that we could not recommend this Park while the Motor Bikes are allowed to continue.

The facilities have deteriorated & service has gone downhill dramatically. The kids pool doesn’t open until 11am & closes at 5pm - far from ideal on a 30+ degree day. The cabins are dirty & dusty and kitchen amenities are seriously lacking. We wouldn’t recommend this place

What a great peaceful, private position next to the Murray. Cabin was dated and old and needs some maintenance and a good clean. But what a great spot to camp. Lots of kitchen stuff. Microwave. Could have stayed longer. Lovely man made lakes, huge park with plenty of permanent holiday houses.
