Une grande piscine où vous pouvez profiter. Des chambres correctes pour un séjour entre amis décontracté (on a pris les chambre standard). La vue des chambres est magnifique.

Very Bad customer service at the diner! i didn't find a cup or a waiter near, i thought i'll find them in the drawer and an angry waiter yelled at me as if i was going to steal or smth, even when i explained myself he talked me in a rude way. it says all inclusive but then you find a menu of drinks that you have to pay for which usually you don't in most of hotels even 5***** ones. this is my last time here. 😑 very disppointed.

Everything was perfect the food and people herę arę awesome. The best animator was the nafti. Swimmimg pools are good. Alcohol in bar was very good, because it is open 24 h. Volleyball water Polo Aqua gym and zumba are everyday. I recommend this place for everybody

Even though on the first day I had an unpleasant experience, the problems were solved thanks to the head of reception, to whom we thank from the bottom of our hearts! The staff is friendly and the services are Ok. Thank you Khayam Beach Resort & Spa!

From the first day, 09 of August, I encountered several problems: - The hotel does not have 4 stars, but a maximum of 3; - The room overlooks the ruins; - There is no king bed but only 2 joined beds; - The safe was locked; - The balcony door was locked; - The wireless in the room is unstable; - The wireless on the beach is non-existent.

This is a great family hotel , comfortable and very clean with all facilities to a high standard . Two outdoor pools and one indoor Fabulous subbed areas both pool and sea facing . Staff are polite and professional Wide variety of food in the restaurant to suit all ages and palettes- can be a little repetitive and quality varies . Salad bar summer of 2023 was fabulous , this year could have been better . Simplicity for me is the key - lot of BBQ sauce used to drizzle and dress salad dishes - not to everyone’s taste . Freshly baked artisan breads to absolutely die for . In our opinion the best hotel on the touristic ***** between Nabeul & Hammamet. Excellent security on main entrance and the beach . Afternoon treats around the pool available from mid afternoon Panninis, crepes and Babaloni ( freshly cooked ring doughnuts ) prove very popular Great stay , lovely hotel .

This is a lovely hotel,the accommodation is more then you would expect in a 4 star hotel,the pool is amazing,i cant even start speaking about the animation team,they are kind-hearted,fun and very entertaining people,i loved the zumba and water polo the most,i will come again for sure in the near future

The trip was amazing, the kids had fun with the animation team from kids and maxi club and the adults had fun at the shows. Overall great entertainment and quality time. The food was amazing and the beach was great. I had fun i will for sure come back in the future.

"There are no big beds in the hotel." That was the receptionist answer when I requested a big bed in my honeymoon. I was really blown with his response. The room was bad, old, and water kept running from the toilet, and no one bothered himself to fix it. The bright side was about the food, even tho it is fully booked, food quality was great. Pools are good too.

recently stayed at your hotel for my wedding anniversary, traveling from Canada. Unfortunately, my two-year-old son fell ill, so we had to bring him along unexpectedly. Upon arrival, the receptionist was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. They insisted on charging us for my son, despite the website stating that children aged two and under stay for free. I explained that we were exhausted from our journey, but the receptionist was unsympathetic and dismissive. Moreover, the room we were given was subpar and lacked any special decorations, which ruined our experience. I am deeply dissatisfied with the service and overall experience at your hotel.

Unfortunately, my stay at the Khayam Garden and Spa hotel has ended, but I can share my opinion about my stay there. The stay lasted 12 days, each day there were many attractions provided by the animators. The volleyball game was very well organized, as were the archery classes. Animators and staff very committed to providing customers with good memories and well-being. Various attractions are organized during the day, such as water games, clay games and many others. The food was good, and the all-inclusive bar was open 24 hours a day. Very nice rooms and bathrooms, unfortunately I didn't have a sea view, but I don't regret it because I spent more time outside the room. I remember the evening animations as well as those during the day. The hotel itself looks beautiful, a lot of plants, which I didn't expect, the pools were clean, the sunbeds were provided by the staff so there was plenty of them, the slides were great. Access to the sea is also great. The only drawback is other tourists who cannot supervise their children during dinner. I have nothing to complain about the hotel. I highly recommend it and hope to come back.
