部屋は清潔でした。ベッドは快適でした。でも、お湯はほとんど出ませんでした。気温が40度台前半と寒い日だったので、結局冷たいシャワーを浴びる羽目になりました。チェックアウトの際、フロントの人が私の滞在がどうだったかと尋ね、水温の問題を伝えました。他の客もそのことについて不満を言っていました。店員は、何人かが同じことを言っていたと言いました。マネージャーと話したいと言いましたが、忙しかったです。マネージャーに電話してほしいと頼みましたが、返事はありませんでした。子供がSFAに通っているので、特に良いホテルだと思いましたが、いつものホテルブランドに戻ります。このホテルブランドに泊まるのは今回が初めてで、間違いなく最後です。

I loved it, very clean and nice employees. The store next to the hotel and food around. Easy access to the freeway.

このホテルには嬉しい驚きを感じました。この町の他の 2 軒のホテルに泊まったことがありますが、かなりがっかりしました。このホテルはとても清潔で、朝食もおいしく、スタッフも親切でした。部屋はネットの写真通りでした。清潔でした。ロビーには水とクッキーもありました。到着するとすぐに部屋にチェックインできました。SFA の卒業式の週末だったので、そのせいで泊まったのですが、その地域では非常に高額でした。明らかに値段設定が高すぎましたが、娘の用事を手伝うために 1 泊早く到着する必要があったので、ラフキンまでさらに 30 分運転するよりは、部屋代として 300 ドルを払うつもりでした。決して 1 泊 300 ドルのホテルではありませんが、宿泊には満足しました。部屋の設備はすべて整っており、騒音もなく、ベッドは快適でした。

私たちは、何時間も車で移動した後、家族と一泊するためにチェックインしました。部屋に入るとすぐに、バスルームがほとんど掃除されていないことに気付きました (掃除されていたとしても)。便座とトイレのそばに尿がありました。ベッドの後ろのライトに虫がいることにも気付きました。その上、建物のエアコンは故障していました。私たちはすぐにチェックアウトすることにしました。受付の男性と話をしたところ、マネージャーは勤務していないが、誰かが電話して状況を改善すると伝えられました。数日後にマネージャーと話をしたところ、予約した第三者への返金を承認すると約束されました。1か月後、第三者は返金の承認を得ていないが、処理には6～8週間かかる可能性があると言いました。さらに1か月が経過しましたが、返金はありません。電話したところ、ホテルはまだ返金を承認していないと言われました。その後、ホテルに電話してマネージャーと話をしましたが、何が起こっているのかを確認するために総支配人に確認し、1時間後に電話するようにと言われました。 1時間後に再度電話すると、彼女はすでに帰っていたので、話す相手は誰もいませんでした。この時点で私にできるのは、不満を共有し、潜在的な顧客にここに泊まらないよう伝えることだけです。

Completely remodeled, top to bottom. Staff is amazing. Cleanliness is top priority. I stayed in 2022 and was happy to see the changes in 2023. I declined staying at a historical hotel downtown to stay at Comfort Suites. I would come back in October if my assignment is continued.

convenient and friendly personell; no issues even with the construction. My only complaint was the limited hot -what was offered was ok but very limited compared to most other comfort suites I've stayed at in multiple states. I would book this hotel and recommend it to others.

Not the newest on the block, but VERY clean as is, and renovations are being done. Had slight problem with the door reader, and had to have touchless cards re-zapped. Management said they had a reduced staff, but we had fresh towels every day of our 5 day stay, and the room was clean. All staff were friendly, but the breakfast crew was even more so. Food was cooked well, with a good variety of fruits and yogurts. The banana muffins were great. Always had a parking space, but there are large shipping containers with the renovation supplies in the front parking lot. Building is set back from the road, and could not hear most traffic.

Hotel was nice and front desk very accommodating after being short staff with getting rooms cleaned. Suite is nice size and bed was very comfortable. Only issue we had was the room door was a little hard to get into room and the breakfast was a little on the lacking side but probably due to being short staffed. I would stay at this hotel again when in town. Thank you Comfort Suites Nacogdoches

The hotel has friendly customer service but that's all about it. The Amenity, service, customer resolution is poor. After check in there is no hair dryer in the wall and front desk staff could not provide any hair dryer replacement and said was, we are sorry?. Customer laundry room was out of order, comment was we are sorry. During breakfast, no spoons was available up until breakfast time is over and guess what the comment?, you get it right all the staff can say we are sorry. As part of the stay member should have received $5 Starbucks Gift cards, however none was issued. Contacted choice hotel customer service and was informed to wait for 7-10 business days, after waiting that period of time the Starbucks gift card still not available and upon contacting customer service again, stated request has been made and we need to wait for additional few days. This clearly shown a property that is not well maintain and with no great resolution with customer feedback. I definitely would not ever want to step foot with choice hotels family. Other hotel chains able to provide solution within just 1 email.
