Checked in at 10.00pm, well organised by staff with welcome drink. Food varieties and quality was very good. WiFi service inside rooms needs to be updated. The bathroom and toiletries are proper. Common areas like lobby and cafeteria are best at their affords. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Best Service Staff are at the best We cannot get such a service any where else what a service we have got a Lagoona Resort. Food quantity is best and breakfast was lovely. Will recommend to visit this place everytime when you visit Lonawala Ms. Anjali Nayak and Mr. Sudhir Panda they are medium were we get all details easily. Thanks to them. Best Resort Friendly atmosphere Staff are the best

Good But WiFi was not available And there should be more options in ala cater food when buffet not available for lunch or dinner. Anjali our manager made our stay very nice and comfortable. Even our checkout request was accepted with a slight extension, she handled it so well . Good job

The resort was really amazing ..the rooms were nice ..guys the hotels is really an art .they know what you would want as guest .take great care ..I meet especially Mis Anjali she was very kind and lovely staff she help us throughout our stay..she made us memorable...

The resort are amazing i visited with my sons and daughters and relly we enjoyed alot ..restaurant food were tasty and quality staff were good especially Mr.Nitya Reception staff were also good especially Anjali and Afreen this both are really nice being a Guest relation this both are helpful .

The room was spacious ***** with balcony and good service. Mountain View was great from the balcony. The food service and taste was also decent. The property is beautiful and aesthetic. Overall very peaceful. The staff is also polite and humble.

The experience was good.the food, ambience was also amazing,,all the staff was very good,,,loved the hotel food n everything... nice trip Anjali was very helpful,afreen was also n every working member over there as well ,,,no need to go anywhere u itself vl feel so nice.. because it includes swimming pool,best water fountain n the luxury hotel

One of the best relaxing place to unwind I enjoyed their live music and food , enjoyed a lot,the rooms are neat and clean nice facitities . Beautiful property. Nice staff and service.I suggest every one must go place to Relax ..Thank you Afreen and Anjali

Leaving today. The experience is great 👍 luxurious resort with pool service, the food is also good. We came as a group of 11 people & leave 3 person in per room But slippers are not provided, the extra cup for coffee, towel for extra person not provided. We did call for coffee service but no one is coming with it. This is totally disappointed us.
