I ホテル バロイ バタム(I Hotel Baloi Batam)

My 2nd stay. Always been awesome. Location is excellent, breakfast has variety of spreads. A simple one but I love it. The service is tip top. Never disappoints. Love the view facing the mall. Access to food, shopping and massage were hassle-free. Bed, toilets are clean. Got a smoke room cos smoke free ones are full. But I didn't smell any smoke in that room as they purify the air 2 hrs before our stay. Kids love it, I love it.

Hotel location is good, convenient to go to the shopping malls nearby. Hotel staffs were helpful and polite. Breakfast was also nice. The only thing i do not like was there was strong cigarette smell when i checked in the room, and also i can still smell cigarette smell cos there were guests smoking outside the rooms. Even middle of the night i still can be waken up by the cigarette smell! I suppose the hotel need to improve on this, especially the hotel management should be considerate when there are families who brought their children along for the hotel stay.. really irritated us who are not smokers and we became passive smokers due to the inconsiderate guests who previously smoked inside the room or smoke outside the rooms. Thank you.

Great location. Clean and spacious room. Comfy bed and pillows. Huge swimming pool. Well equipped gym. Breakfast menu changes slightly daily. Right beside A2 food court. Opposite Grand Batam mall. Quite a few massage places nearby. Grab to Nagoya is only about RP20000. The only downside is they gave us smoking level, very smelly corridor. Remember to request for non-smoking room if you’re non-smoker. Overall recommended stay 👍🏼

Nice hotel need city center, down have bar show at night . and near seafood center .have nice food ...walking over have thai massage shop have ..best environment and skill .

Clean hotel but need add solar film on window so less heat enters the room. The toilet is small but clean, the bidet spray lacks in pressure maybe hotel can consider getting new ones or get those type of japanese electric toilet overall great experience and will return again

Was here again and everything are conveniently for all short holidays tourists..

Hotel is 3min walk to Batam city centre and Grand batam mall.Also it is beside A2 food court.Opposite the hote are massage and Spa centre..It is very convenient to family and couples having short holiday in batam.

Location is great and it’s walking distance in between two malls. Lots of massage places and a great food court just beside the hotel. Was given a smoking room instead (no availability at all) when I requested for non smoking and the room and corridor smells badly of smoke. Apart from that, the hotel is great.

This is the 2nd time I had made my reservation at I Baloi Hotel after covid-19. The security is good. I was impressed that when my taxi turned in to the hotel lobby, the security guard scanned the bonnet of the taxi before he allowed the taxi to alight us. It is compulsory that guests have to pass through the scanner entrance door for 2nd round of security checking. At level 5, it is catered solely for gym lovers. The gym equipment are well maintained. The buffet breakfast spread slightly dropped 15% as compared before Covid-19 in 2019. Some of the food tasted a bit salty like the fried noodles and the Perkedel Kentang (Bergedil/Begedil) were too dried and over fried. It will be good for fried noodles to add some ingredients like prawn instead of serving plain. The Perakan Kueh are superb such as the mini Ang Ku Kueh, kueh Bugis & the kueh Dadar. Will continue to support i Baloi Hotel !!
