I booked this for my old parents for four days the deluxe rooms they provide are just basic small rooms with no deluxe amenities(no even standard amenities) plus to my surprise there is a bar adjoining this hotel wherein the music runs till 11-12 night. I would not recommend this hotel for a people looking for a peaceful stay the only perk being it's near to airport.

Springdale is good option to stay in nagpur, walking distance from airport and just besides airport metro station. Neat and clean rooms. Food is also good.

No dental kits were provided, room floor were dirty and sticky. No slippers were available inside the room.

Location, food, and services were satisfactory but direct booking with the hotel is cheaper than makemytrip bookings, whereas you always claim to give discount on normal rates, but your charges are much higher than the hotel charges while booking directly with them. Isn't it a fraud with the customer? you should also ask for feedback on your services.

Room and room service was very good. But the washroom was full of foul smell. I had booked a cab from hotel for early morning transfer to the airport, but the driver did not answer my call.
