Villa Feliz 101

部屋はとても清潔で、基本的なアメニティがすべて揃っていました。洗濯機と乾燥機があったので、旅行で着た服をたくさん洗うことができました。モノレール駅からは少し離れているので、タクシーを利用する必要があります。カーテンがないので、日中は太陽が出ている時はとても明るくなります。ドアはキーボックスで開ける必要があるので注意してください。全体的にとても快適に過ごせる場所でした。

立地は悪くないのですが、窓にカーテンがあればもっと良かったです。外から人が入ってくるのが少し気になります。部屋は狭すぎて、テーブルも椅子もありません。料理はできますが、調理後はどこに食材を置けばいいのか分からなくなってしまいます。テレビ台とテレビは私たちにとっては役に立ちませんが、座るための小さなスペースは本当に必要です。

Booked this for three nights off a listing that looks perfectly decent. It isn't. The AC barely works — from the moment we walked in it was blowing next to nothing. I messaged the owner immediately and spelled out exactly which mode and settings it was on and what wasn't happening. What I got back was a generic "how to use a Japanese AC" guide walking me through the same steps I'd already described, plus a request for a photo of the remote. I sent the photo. After that, silence. For context, this is somewhere past my 50th stay in Japan — I know how an AC works. This one doesn't. The windows are light projectors you can't switch off. There's a streetlight directly across the road that floods the room all night and no way to actually block it out. Beyond that they do nothing useful. The use of space is something else. Two big beds, fine — but nowhere to put your things. The closet has four of the flimsiest hangers I've ever seen, and its floor is packed with cleaning supplies and random junk, so there's no room for a suitcase or anything else. No table. No chair of any kind. The TV is mounted where exactly one person can watch it, lying on their side, on one side of one bed. Three large unlabeled trash cans take up half the hallway; a pile of provided slippers takes the other half, because of course there's no shoe rack. The bathroom has no real door — just a translucent panel, no lock — and no toiletries. The kitchen is tiny and clearly wasn't designed by anyone who's used a kitchen: the silverware lives in a floor-level cabinet while the drawer where you'd actually expect it is full of more junk. The bedding is its own thing. Coarse and bumpy, like sleeping on sandpaper, and it traps heat — a special experience when it's 32°C out and the AC doesn't work. I ended up going out to buy my own pillowcase. Everything here exists to tick a box on the listing and nothing more. Just enough listed amenities to look reasonable for the price, zero thought behind any of them. A 9.0 does not reflect the reality of staying here.
