Booked a family room between 6-8 oct. Greeted with a very cold attitude by the manager as if he is doing us a favor by offering room foc. We ignored and shifted to our room. Stain marks on bed sheets. The geyser was not working in the primary bathroom. The tap of the secondary bathroom was loose. We complained about the geyser to the manager. Seems the manager took it very personally as he got the call from mm t in no time. We were told by mm t as well as by the wonder valley management to shift to another room( super deluxe. We shifted and thought of an end to our ordeal and started settling down. We were almost settled when we got the call from wv management that the geyser is repaired and we need to pack our bags and shift to same old room. The same arrogant manager was in no mood to listen and didn't even show a basic courtesy to even talk to us properly and banged the phone down. Despite covering a hectic journey from delhi, we had to pack our bags again and finally shifted to the same room which we booked. We couldn't sleep properly either as their was another group of boys who were also staying in the same property, started boozing, partying and playing and singing songs on their music system with absolutely no stoppage from the hotel management. With no alternative available that night, i somehow managed to force myself to stay that night. Though i pure booked a non-refundable 2 nights stay but with such pathetic living conditions, i forfeited my 2nd day's stay and shifted to another property. The harassment which i had gone through has spoil t my entire vacation of my entire family
