ここはレジデンスでありホテルではないので、ホテルと同等のサービスを期待するべきではありませんが、清掃やセキュリティなど十分なサービスがありました。部屋は広くて眺めも良く、快適に過ごせました。

環境は静か、交通は便利、買い物は便利、部屋は十分に広く、サービスはフレンドリー、清潔で衛生的、値段は少し高いですが許容範囲、そして最も重要なのは自炊ができることです

非洲最佳服務公寓。安全、舒適、乾淨、服務很好。交通也非常方便，設施很新，住宿標準的兩房一廳公寓。可以做飯，可以在陽台抽煙。

Me and my husband had gone to visit Nairobi and choose to stay in this Hotel, the apartment booked was 1 bedroom suite but they upgrade us to 2 Bedroom which neither we asked nor the informed us, it was only after we entered the room we came to know about it We were given 25th floor, the rooms from higher floors have great view of the city and the park, the rooms are really well built and very well furnished and the kitchen and its equipments are really well stocked, apart from that nothing else to expect We had a very bad experience in the Hotel, on Saturday Night / late evening around 8 - 8.30 my husband met with a small accident while closing the sliding doors of the balcony, his fingers were bleeding and I called the Reception and told them about the incident and asked them to send ice immediately but after 15 minutes they called back and said that ICE if they provide to room will be charged room service charge which is KES 1,500 ($11.90) !!!! Can you believe it???? Had it been an major incident what would have happened, my husband went to the reception had to raise his voice even met some senior Manager but the incident left a very bad experience, i wanted to checkout as anything could have happened and due to Hotel's negligence it could have could be fatal The following day at 8.55am we asked for creamer till 9.35am when we left the room it wasn't delivered People coming for long stays it very ideal but for people coming with families or small kids or old people it's not recommended The entry to the room is very confusing and a long walk, you enter reception wing take a lift to L floor which is basically 6th floor, later cross over to another wing and take the lift past the kitchen door which can be a bit difficult Also when you crossover to another wing there is no provision of umbrellas, if it's raining it's your problem, in many hotels they provide Umbrellas to go from one end to another if it rains

Amazing staff and beautiful/secure complex. Very conveniently located, and the drivers/chauffeurs stationed here are a great touch. The pool is great, and the complex has a small mall attached so that you can go grocery shopping etcetera

I loved the bed and food was divers. The potter and receptionist were friendly and welcoming. House keeping was on time and managed to remake my room in a space of small time.The location was also fair for a business person like me as it was not very far from the airport.

Pan Pacific serviced suites is a really ovely place, I had a good stay. The staff are very kind and professional, and made it really easy for us through out the stay. Violet Musembi stood out with her exceptional hospitality. Will definitely be back soon

Best serviced suites in Nairobi westlands good restaurant, with variety of food,the room was super clean, Received professional services at my check-in from venon, can't forget the welcome drink I received at check-in looking forward to come back soonest.

We had amazing experience here! Even though there were some problems with the room at first, but the staffs were extraordinary to help us out. Evans, Peter, James and Violet especially I want to thank you guys. 😗 The facility was awesome, clean and even new. The bar and pool ahhhh I really don't want to leave. Even the car service was very safe and comfy. Absolutely recommend this hotel for all. Thank you guys! Definitely Hope to come again❤️ 직원들이 진짜 진짜 친절하고 시설이 좋습니다. 처음에 방이 문제가 좀 있었는데 전화해서 연락하면 다 해결해줍니다 ㅎㅎ 레지던스라도 인덕션은 1구만 가능해서 요리는 좀 힘들 수 있지만 까르푸랑 GTC mall도 연결되어 있어서 편했습니다. 여기 우버가 문제가 많아서 차 서비스 이용했는데 무조건 안전을 위해 이용하시는 걸 추천드립니다 진짜 좋은 차에 3시간 전용 드라이버 이용하는데 50불입니다 ㅎㅎ 케냐 나이로비 여행오시는 분들 여기로 오세요 :)!

Very good and clean hotel and amazing staff and service.Everyone was very sweet and made us feel at home,The room service was also very good and even the staff at the reception was amazing,When u come to Nairobi ,do visit pan pacific and stay there .

Amazing views, food and service. Efficient room service. Lovely service from Venon, Faith, Violet & Benson. We had a great stay and enjoyed every bit of our experience. Convenient location and matches the description. Family friendly, great space.

The hotel’s facilities were excellent, with clean, spacious rooms and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Venon at the front desk provided a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out experienced. Highly recommended for both the amenities and the exceptional service!
