キングフィッシャー ネスト(Kingfisher Nest)

Nothing I arrived got smoked unit I had 2 toddlers with we have an allergies from it and asked to change nothing has happened I ended up staying 2 more days and charged me 2 times what my original rates were

Stayed at Kingfisher during a visit for tradeshow which was organized closeby. First time experience and definately a good one. The appartment complex is conveniently located adjecent to Westgate Mall. On the lower level a restaurant is located which serves lunch / dinner. This is a convenient opcion when you don't want to head out. Service at front desk is good. Appartments are spacious and well organized. WIFI is good and you can also work conveniently from the appartments. There is good security and inhouse parking. On topfloor there is a nice pool. All together a solid option if you want to stay at a place that comes with a solid cost/benefit!

I stayed 3 months and constantly complained about a 24 running swimming pump on the top floor…never did anything…I was in the 10 floor and they never fixed….or even tried or attempted to turn it off at night….I suggest if you come here not to rent last floor…

My family and I stayed here for a week and it was nice staying there, location is perfect. Very friendly and helpful staffs I would recommend they improve on the kitchen utensils aside from this , there’s nothing really to complain about……..

We traveled with another family and our daughters were of the same age (22 years old) so we booked 2 of the 2-bedroom units for 1 night before and 1 night again after our safari holiday in Kenya. It was clean, very spacious and satisfied everything we needed. We did not need the additional amenities such as a full refrigerator, washing machine, microwave oven, chinaware and cutlery, etc. but good that these are provided for anyone who intends to stay longer. The location was excellent, just within 5 minutes’ walk to a modern and relatively upscale mall called Westgate Mall which has nice shops and restaurants, and even a supermarket. I would not describe the accommodations as luxurious but it was perfect for our needs and definitely value for money. The staff who helped me with my reservations was also super helpful and even assisted me in hiring a vehicle and driver for the whole day, and kept in constant touch with me, answering all my questions promptly. I would not hesitate to stay at Kingfisher Nest the next time I am in Nairobi.

Hotel in a good location based on the activities i was intended to do. Reservation for 9 days said "breakfast included" but the hotel receptionist said otherwise. That was not a good advertisement because it was a lie. No one to talk to on the lobby between 7pm and 7pm. Even during the daytime, receptionist is in/out. I don't know the best time to meet someone. Also, the worse one: i was overcharged by the hotel to get picked from the airport.
