Amazing hotel and great value! Stephen and Michael at the front desk were amazing! Stephen was very professional and took care of everything for us. Michael was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Hotel was very nice and the executive lounge and rooms were very nice as well!

The rooms were very clean and the hotel staff are very friendly. Especially those at the front desk. I spotted a few minor rusty fittings in the bathroom but they definitely didn’t impact my comfort. I stayed in two different rooms at different times within a week and both rooms had great views when you look out the window.

Very good location and well maintained. Staffs are outstanding and helpful. Mr.DAVIS at reception was warm welcome and check-in and checkout was smooth and impressive. Breakfast was fine,Mr.JOHN and Ms.PURITY and Ms.GRACE were so great and helpful. Dinner by the pool was tasty. The room was not very big, but in good condition, Ms. SHARON, my housekeeper was a nice lady and a guy whom worked on MOI day, I forgot to ask his name was an excellent staff. Security guard team were perfectly strict but friendly, they always made sure checking before I left and return to premise. I felt safe with their effort.

I stay at Hiltons across the world; this was one of the worst ones I’ve been in. I try to look at this objectively and relatively; however, this one was old and just not very comfortable. Was only there for a short 1 night. It works for a quick stay, but I wouldn’t stay there again.

Fantastic stay at the Hilton Nairobi. Booked a one night stay here at short notice due to my flight home being cancelled. Hotel arranged the airport taxi which took a lot of hassle out of the situation. Excellent service from all the staff here. Very understanding of our situation and in recognition of my hilton honors diamond membership granted a late checkout which took the stress out of the situation of having a cancelled flight with the rearranged one not until almost midnight the next day. Breakfast was very good, really good quality with a variety of hot and cold options available. Room was spacious and clean with both a bath and shower. My Diamond status granted access to the executive lounge which provides hot/cold soft drinks throughout the day along with hot snacks and alcoholic drinks for a period during the early evening. Hotel is in a central location to explore the city. Also has an outside pool which was nice, gym facilities and a cafe/restaurant. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and compliments to the very high level of service received from the staff. A five star rating and the hotel is highly recommended.

Much has been written about the old furnishings of this hotel. The issue is more of maintenance than age in my view. The curtains for example were very dusty and should have been washed ages ago, same thing with the carpet. However, the hotel offers something nice that seems rare everywhere else: Excellent customer service. I arrived early and was given a room right away, 1710. I was upgraded without asking and the staff members at the front desk were professional, polite and knowledgeable. This professionalism is across all the staff of the hotel. Everyone was helpful and attentive and made my stay a delight. Only issue I encountered was that the gym seemed bit abandoned and there was no towel service, sauna or showers available. This used to be a nice feature of this hotel.

Got to know that the hotel is planning to shut for good soon only after my check in . The rooms have been kept clean but signs of wear and tear is everywhere .The bathrooms are in a pathetic condition with cockroaches . The staff is good and doing their best .
