Prior to my first visit to Kenya , I heard of not so good reviews about the country and since it was on my bucket list, I just had to come regardless and explore the country first hand... Safari park hotel was my first check in, mesmerized by the well kept landscape I loved it. Then the best part of it all THE NYAMA CHOMA RANCH... I've never seen something like that, the meat was tasty it came in plenty😂Elijah , Elijah , Elijah from welcoming us to taking us through the menu I knew he was the best and since you all proved to be good than all the bad reviews I had before I said I'm gonna right a good review about ELIJAH and SAFARI PARK HOTEL, keep it up, I'll be back

A tired hotel in need of modernisation. Training of staff in the smaller restaurants desperately needed. The stay at the hotel was saved by the incredible spirit of the staff. Friendly, helpful and positive in all the interactions I had. Nothing was too much trouble.

This hotel looked beautiful and was well-manicured. It appears to be designed for work conferences, weddings, or group takeovers. All the amenities (gym and food) were charged separately which was a huge disappoin**ent to our family. But our room was very pretty with a balcony. The best part of our 5-day stay was the rock slide into the pool and the staff members!

Very beautiful and comfortable hotel. The staff are super nice, my room was very pleasant with a nice terrace with lake view. We had also a conference at the hotel and the conference room was fantastic. The hotel was very useful and helpful! I enjoyed the Dawa ginger. Asana Santa!

Returned to the Safari Park to stay for the first time since the pandemic. Thankfully nothing has changed. The hotel is wonderful. The rooms spacious and beds have mosquito nets. Spotless and cleaned daily by a team of cleaners. The grounds are outstanding send very well maintained. No wonder so many couple come here for their wedding photographs. The restaurants are fabulous. Visited the Italian restaurant, La Piazetta, most often in the 2 weeks we were there. On most visits I had a pizza freshly made and cooked in their wood burning oven. Great service and great food. The Chinese restaurant was visited 3 times, again fantastic food, the sizzling chicken was our favourite, and great service. Visited Chyo, the Japanese restaurant once Amazing dining experience watching the chef prepare the food in front of us. And no visit to the Safari Park is complete without visiting the Nyama Choma Ranch for some great roasted meats and to watch the Safari Cats show. Fabulous. Enjoyed relaxing each evening after work with a cold Tusker in the Hemmingway's lounge bar. I have to congratulate the management team for the continuity of great service. I first stayed here in 2010 and have visited on 8 or 9 occasions over the years and nothing changes. Many of the staff have been there from that first visit so that says a lot about the hotel working conditions and Management team. Thank you once again SPH and hope to see you all next year.

In October 2023 i stayed with my boyfriend for two nights at the Safari Park Hotel & ****** celebrating his birthday. This hotel is really the place to be. The hotel made sure that this stay was unforgettable for us. The beautiful and spacious room was well prepared with best wishes by the management for the birthday of my boyfriend. The complex had a lot of facilities including a very nice swimming pool, a fitness center and a huge garden. Due to all these facilities there is no need to visit the neighbourhood. Everyone (no one excluded) working in the hotel writes SERVICE with capital letters. The professional staff and the employees were very kind and helpful. In the evening you can enjoy a wonderful dinner and at 9pm a enthusiastic dance group is performing african dances.

I could not say enough about the staff and the grounds. Everyone is so kind and helpful. The grounds, from gardens to parks to the pool, are stunning. Mary is amazing at Guest Services! It is so safe and calm here. They can arrange drivers for you and it makes life so simple. The drivers are also very knowledgeable about the city. There are a variety of restaurants with great food. There are different areas to hang out, each with its own culture - from the terraces overlooking the pool, the ******s, Hemingway's Lounge, the parks and garden, or just lounging near one of the many pools. It has been a wonderful experience.
