バティアンズ ピーク サービスド アパートメンツ(Batians Apartment Hotel)

I have stayed at this apartments at least once a year since they opened (I was their first customer) but over the years the place has not had any maintenance done and/ or change of mattresses. The mattresses are worn out and the spring coils really hurt, it was so bad that I had to put my clothes and towels on the bed! When it rained, water was leaking from the roof into my room and I am sure they are aware because the wooden tiles in the room are loose. There is black mold and paint dust and chips everywhere but they don't care! you as the guest is the one breathing it in not them. They have your money afterall. I requested for a late check out (for 7 pm) which is charged at half rate but at 5 pm, I tried to go out to the shops and security would not let me out because the lady at the reception had instructed them so (never mind my luggage was still in the room and I only had my phone with me) So, I went back to the reception, settled my bill and was allowed out. I went back to the room and got a notification that my flight had been delayed by 2 hours but the lady at the reception wanted me out by 6 pm, so I did. I wish the Management would spend atleast one night in their rooms so they would experience the discomfort they are putting their guests through

I stayed here over a decade ago !! It was very good overall. But there has been no investment at all - except incidentals linen towels etc Same plastic furniture - now worn . Same TV , small , non HD , non SMART , struggles with sound on limited chanels Old mattress that sag in the middle. Same bizarre set up with the Wifi with inadequate bandwidth - slow Windows from another century? Staffing have to say quite poor - but credit to mantainence for maintaining the old fixtures and fittings and security good, reception poor . DEAR OWNER ARE YOU RUNNING IT DOWN ..DO YOU CARE . There is lots of choice , abundance of competition + Arbnb. SADLY I WON'T BE BACK

I last stayed here 11 years ago , disappointed to note little or no investment has been made .. same fixtures and fittings , either worn ( plastic furniture, mattress etc ) or just needs replacing ( small flat TV , not HD or Smart TV. DSTV does function properly and WIFI poor In fact congratulations to Housekeeping and Maintenance for keeping it going ! A good word to for Security too. Reception need training how to treat customers - lost the Owner circa 80k ( bar restaurant) in ancillary charges by their arguementive attitude and don't deal with issues. Hopefully the Owner is not just running it down , lots more competition than 11 years ago ! GM would be good move - do not see any overall MGT and organizing

We love this place and this neighborhood. It is so close to restaurants, grocery and the Yaya centre. We also love that there is a restaurant with room service and a 24 hour front desk. And my favorite is the beautiful, large and hot shower!
