My go-to-hotel in Nairobi. Clean, spacious and comfortable rooms and beds. The restaurant has a special vibe and food is really good! This time I had to time for the pool and gym but there good too!

Very good service and better than other 5 star hotels like Pullman in Nairobi

The staff are very nice and friendly. The breakfast was not wonderful in my opinion, not as good or extensive as Best Westerns in Nairobi or the Kisumu Sarova…rooms a bit on the older side and hallways are very echoey! So a bit loud. Otherwise nice gym facilities and lovely pool!

房間寬敞明亮，內部裝修非常好。服務員的素質很高，酒店整體的風格非常好，且每層樓都有內羅畢的城市畫，整體感覺非常文藝。

這次出行，攜程［立大功］。機票預訂的是全機場都找不到的航班，機場工作人員幫忙各種找。最後發現攜程出票的航班可能是另外一個航空公司的，幸好最後也走了。到肯尼亞，晚上到酒店，前台告知沒預訂訊息，好在客服凌晨2點半還在，半小時後處理問題，説是系統原因［衹想翻白眼，前台説剛收到代理的預訂我也不想和攜程掰扯］。 國內可以説是國內十幾年前賓館四星的標準，乾淨整潔，沒有洗漱用品和一次性拖鞋。隔音比較差，玻璃窗是關不牢的，風吹會很響。工作人員態度都很好，見面會很熱情的打招呼問好，會主動幫忙解決問題。早飯還行，能吃飽，估計餐廳比較暗的問題導致看什麼都不太有食慾。水果種類每天不太多，鳳梨很甜。周邊位置也安全，離丫丫打車很近。
