Beautiful hotel overlooking Nairobi National Park. Eat your breakfast and watch the Zebras. Captivating. The hotel and all amenities are first class. The attention to security was impressive. The terrace off the restaurant was a favourite breakfast spot. The rooftop pool bar... An oasis. Swim, drink, eat and watch the wildlife.

It was my Nanny's birthday and I thought Ole Sereni rooftop lounge would be a perfect place to take her since she'd not been there before. Well, we dint manage to sit up there since my daughter had accompanied us and kids are not allowed but we had lunch at the restaurant and the wings are just to die for! I also alerted the guy attending to us about the surprise for my nanny and the crew did it perfectly! She was awesomely surprised🥰. Thank you Emara Ole Sereni crew for making my Nanny's 2023 birthday🎊 Not to forget the ambience of the place, the rooftop views of the national park and the hotel generally just beautiful!

My overall impression is that this is a business hotel, not so much for holiday/vacay even though overlooks National Park. The view of the Park is breathtaking and food at Big Five is excellent, but that’s about it… Unfortunately, for price, it is not classy, not sophisticated, not special. Felt like decor is also just placed, without much thought of fit. Nothing fancy at the rooftop lounge as was extremely plain (so not a place to go to unless you are a guest at hotel and just want to chill within). As I said, better for business. Buffet Breakfast menu in Emara’s restaurant was plain. Only one irritating thing: all towels and bathrobe were cleared away from bedroom at some point in morning (for me was when I went to breakfast around 9), so did not have towels (at all) to use later, even if though had a late check out. Was ridiculous and irritating, because if a check out is scheduled, why clear away anything before.

Lovely comfortable air conditioned rooms. Breakfasts great and overlooking the Nairobi National Park. On the outskirts of Nairobi yet handy for the airport. Clean rooms and reception. Staff lovely. Would stay again

What a sad sad state of affairs this property - with so much potential. Stayed there for 2 weeks.. on the first night, had dinner at the rooftop restaurant and asked to charge to the room. it was late and i was tired. At around 11PM, drifting off to sleep - i received a call in the room and was absolutely harassed by a very rude the front desk staff saying that i needed to settle the bill immediately and to come down to the reception! It was ABSURD! week 2 - the AC in the room was not working, the room was hot and everyday before leaving i had informed housekeeping to check, yet absolutely nothing was done. complained to the front desk multiple times on the issues - yet nothing was done of course! breakfast buffet is fine if you're doing it for 1 morning. there was absolutely no variation in the menu for the entirety of 2 weeks!! furthermore, front desk 'manager' lady really needs to learn how to talk to guests - the response of 'im the manager here' doesn't resolve any neither does it intimidate anyone - especially when a guest is letting you know of issues faced during their stay. If it was not for the proximity of the hotel to the office, would certainly not return by choice! Not recommended at all!

We missed our flight and decided to stay at Emara as recommended by a colleague. We had a very warm welcome right from the security staff at the gate to the attentive receptionist Hollidar, she explained the room categories and we chose a park view, it was amazing to see giraffes right from our room. The rooms are clean with big beds, food is delicious and professionally served. They have a rooftop lounge and a Tennis Court.... we will be back with my family in December.

Great place to rest before a full day of travel. Delicious food and stunning views. We were very impressed by all amenities and the kindness of the staff. We appreciated the English speaking channels on the television as well. Great sleep and shower.

I had a great chilled time here…shout out to Zack Bounquet Manager,Tume Guest Relations and Jamal Security at the Sky Lounge.It was an amaizing time and i would perrsonally recommend these guys. This place is amaizing the rooms and service perfect.
