The food has improved. Self-service of the food has been implemented to my satisfaction. However, service needs improvement. Long lines for tea and food are common. They need to increase the service points. The service points that dont have long lines are reserved for foreign 'white' guests. Some waiters are rude as they give you instructions on where to sit.

Christmas holiday at Eseriani hotel was another game come true for the year 2023,the reception was exceptional. The staffs were warm,jovial and welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Highly recommend this resort for its outstanding hospitalit and guest relations which was stunning 🙏🙏

Was wonderful staying with you all other services were amazing but the hotel needs to get a lift. The food was also great. Shoutout to glory for the warm reception. She was very kind and receptive....

Good hotel but it's brand is fast being eroded by the tainted RUDE and very unprofessional reception staff - one in particular called Nancy.. very HORRIBLE customer service! My family and I were visiting from Diaspora during the Summer holidays and we regretted picking this particular choice. Stay away for your sanity and peace of mind! Management if you listening, take the necessary steps to salvage the credibility of this establishment. Some customer service training / retraining may hopefully make a difference. With many other beautiful and competitive options around, we'll never consider this place again. Adios!

The Food was Terrible, the rice and Chicken were spoilt. we were more than 50 people who complained about the food but no response come forth or even a compensation of some sort. The ground are small thus not feasible to accomoy people and the pool was super salty

The was confusion and I ended up staying at the resort. I would have been very disappointed to stay at the hotel with the money I paid. The staff at the resort were friendly and helpful and my room was very quiet. The breakfast was super. Although the resort is in Karagita, I never experienced anything negative. The lighting in the room should be improved since some people come to work not just leisure.

This hotel was beyond my expectations, the staff are warm and friendly, the rooms are clean and spacious. I appreciated the the large work table, the internet connectivity is fast and most of all it's affordable! The meals are tasty and a quite a variety for breakfast.

We went for teambuilding in Naivasha as colleagues.Quite an awesome hotel,beautiful,warm,friendly staff and really good food.I would reccommend it any day.They have a beautiful field where we carried out out team building activities.

Eseriani resort is a great place, the ambiance , customer services is top, Grace the receptionist is such a gem....I'd recommend this place . We will definitely be back . In addition it's a nice, secluded, comfy location. Also the food is really tasty we tried the deep fried fish with ugali/ chips and it's was amazing and freshly cooked. Compliment to the chef.
