スタッフが親切で部屋も広く素晴らしい滞在となりました。

This is a four star hotel and though it lives up to its star rating, some modern renovations would definitely be a welcome upgrade to this hotel. Having said this, rooms are nice and spacious with a good sized shower having good water pressure and hot water. Aircon is very good and pretty silent and the bed and pillows are super comfy. I opted out of breakfast so I cannot comment about it. The swimming pool is rather big and looked after whilst the gym has enough equipment to train cardio or weights. Last but not least, a thank you to the staff at the reception desk and the house cleaner who were all so kind, well mannered and helpful. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and highly recommend it.

Friendly, helpful staff - great food - breakfast was first class and a comfy king size bed

Hotel quite old but already renovated. Mostly clean and eatable breakfast.

Really good price on here compared to book a room at the hotel, lots of services available including wedding services. Front desk was very helpful. Bed softness was ok but air con was cold. Rooms are a bit outdated but worked for me since I was there for only a night. The food selection near by was outstanding. Location was good. Nice to see a different city there.

Clean but moderest facilities

"the hotel is very large with very large and very clean rooms. the only surprise I had at the reception was under staffed, and took a long time to check in. And another problem, although the restaurant on the basement there was not elevator access
