For the two nights I stayed with my family, the staff were very friendly and food was awesome. Although there's no shower gel, shampoo nor lotion, the rooms were very clean and secure 🔐. My family loved the stay. Keep it up!

An amazing place in Nakuru City CBD. Clean and lovely rooms. Comfy bed with Dr mattress. Nice view of the town. Sweet food especially the breakfast is heavy. Located in the CBD along Mburu Gichua Road, Off Kenyatta Avenue, Opposite Top Market, next to Sokoni Plaza.

I stayed here from 16th to 19th Feb in the standard deluxe rooms. I must say the stay was great. For that price, wow!! The rooms are clean and the staff are very polite. Will surely be back. Right in the center of town, walking distance to the supermarket. I learned, when checking out they have a bigger parking space not far from the hotel.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! I was scheduled for a work seminar in Nakuru a few days ago and therefore got into the internet to look for a place to spend. This hotel appears to have very good pictures on their website which are definitely misleading. I called a receptionist “Daniel” who insisted that I had to pay the hotel fees KSh. 2000 upfront to avoid missing a room since they get filled very quickly. Little did I know that I was walking into a trap!!!!!! They even allude to have ample/secure car park but there isn’t none of this kind. If you have to spend here, your car will be parked on the street where it will be exposed to all kinds of risks like theft or being rammed into by other cars. Surprise!!!!!! Surprise!!!!!! When I arrived, I realized that the hotel has stalls/small shops that occupy the bottom 3 floors and there is not enough security if you have to come or leave in the night. By the time I was walking to the reception, my mind was already made up and the next action was to ask for a refund of the money that I had sent through M-pesa. The cold receptionist sadly told me that the hotel policy dictates that I can only be refunded after one month and this will be done by way of a cheque. Really!!!!!! I paid the room fee by Mpesa and after explaining to the hotel that what I got on the internet/Receptionist did not match my expectations they are busy playing delaying tactics maybe with the hope that I will give up. I will use all ways possible to ensure that I get my refund. Plus should it take a month really…… Guys please take care and don’t walk into this trap.

A wonderful stay,a pity it was only for one night. The staff are superb. Christine, Daniel and the chef whose name I have forgotten deserve special mention. I didn't know that the restaurant closed at 8. I arrived just after 8 and the chef insisted on making me. Dinner. Room was small, cosy and comfortable. Perfect for one person Food is really good. I can recommend this hotel 100%
