カンパラ ナイル リゾート(Kampala Nile Resort)

This is my second time staying at this hotel and the experience and the staff is wonderful. They all go out of their way to ensure the stay meets all of our needs. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the Mukono area in Uganda.

A really nice hotel far above expectations. The room was exceptional. All staff very welcoming. All the hotel is spotlessly clean. The breakfast was ok. Didn’t have time to eat in the restaurant. Good place to stay when visiting Kampala for business

Services were good, with excellent customer service offered by the jolly & ever smiling Jojo. Rooms were very clean & neat with good TV, However, the Health Club needs some improvement. Attendants are not always there all the time. Swimming pool is excellent. Food is okay & served on time.

I would have to mention everything I guess, from the ambiance to the hospitality everything is wonderful. The full time Wi-Fi availability is over the top. The good time management when it comes to meal times is amazing. The wonderful people at the reception are very welcoming. I love this place.

The conference facility were good ,the melas were so great the swimming pool was clean and the gym is fully equipped and the customer care is really great Though it was non residential conference of Min of lands but indeed it felt like a home away from home I greatly recommend it.

The swimming pool is always clean and I really enjoyed football the pitch is really eye catchy

fantastic experience. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The clean swimming pool and well-equipped gym were excellent. The well-stocked bar offered a great selection of drinks. Friendly staff and an out of town location made my stay even better. Highly recommended!

I have been having trainings from here since 2022 and I have never looked further, They may not be 100% perfect but they truly do their best, It's always fun being here and it will forever be home. The food, the hygiene, wifi and the accessibility is always top notch.

The rooms are nice though l think the additions below could make a difference: -shower should have a detachable head. - add a toilet brush and a she bin - have a shower mat by the shower not a towel -have bathrobes Staff are accommodating,helpful & polite. Overall enjoyed my stay. The room used for the training were spacious & well equipped.
