The breakfast was amazing, and I really liked the outdoor patio area. Blackout curtains were a big plus. The only thing that was a downer was the pool is fairly small, so on nights when they are sold out, it's virtually impossible to use the pool or hot tub.

The stay was great everything was clean very quiet. Food was not too good. Love the location.

Comfortable room, great amenities~liked the room darkening shades and the night light in the bathroom! Great breakfast variety and it was being decorated for the holidays as we were leaving and that was quite lovely. Large lobby with lots of seating options~would stay there again, reasonably priced!

Staff was amazing. Clean, easy to find and inviting a**osphere.

This place is really new, and that is a big draw. It hasn’t had the chance to get grimy and worn down. A hotel across the freeway from the water park and down the street from the hospital and all of other Boise’s travel draws is going to take a beating. I hope they can keep this up. It’s very nicely apportioned, fairly clean, and in a great location for a lot to family attractions. The staff is excellent, there’s a nice pool and hot tub, it has a little market for late night snacking - overall a good place at a decent value. Time will tell if it will stay nice or become as mediocre and run down as most of the other hotels in the area. But for now we won’t hesitate to stay again.

Brand new hotel. Bright, clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast exceeded expectations. Convenient location. Will stay again.

This is a brand new property. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

We were at the very last room next to a side exit on the main floor. That door was clanging shut all night long. You could hear everything from those walking by. We were exhausted from days of traveling and we slipped into bed as quickly as possible. This morning I pulled back the sheet and there were little light tan colored bugs. My husband found the same on his side. I took pictures and alerted the front desk (lady who checked us out) and showed her pictures. She even took a picture of my picture on her phone and said she would alert housekeeping. Really?? The room should have been adjusted immediately. She did not call a manager nothing. I was disappointed that such a nice place did nothing to make this better at all. The lady that checked us in was a doll. So sweet and tried to make us feel at home. The other young lady was arguing with a little old man who was so confused and elderly and she just kept saying I’m doing my best. The guys wife understood the issue and was handling her confused hubby. They were so cute. But by your clerk continuing to say things to him only upset the poor guy more. Sometimes there are times when it’s better to just say nothing. The hotel is modern, well lit, breakfast was pretty good precooked re-warmed, tv had good selections and steaming, there’s lots of good actually just bugs in my bed isn’t one and really turned me off. Hopefully a manager will read this and make direct contact with me.
