Super 8 by Wyndham Nampa

The hallways were painted very dark with no furnishings, room was sprayed with an awful smelling something so strong I coughed and sneezed all night and next day , my eyes watered as well. There was no alarm clock in the room. The lighting in the bathroom was very dim and there was only one tiny piece of hand soap. The paint color in the room was very dark and dreary with paint chips everywhere. It had not been well kept up and there were no extra blankets in the room. The bed had one paper thin blanket between 2 sheets. No spread on the bed and bed sink badly in the middle. I will never ever stay at Super 8 again nor will I ever recommend it to others. Oh and breakfast coffee was empty, no milk for oatmeal, 1 sausage patty left with half an hour left of breakfast time and a room cleaning girl came in and took that just before an elderly man came in to eat. There was no fresh fruit, no toaster or bread, no cold cereal or milk They served biscuits, sausage patty and gravy. Biscuits were cold, 1 sausage patty and gravy was all but gone and cold

Carpets stained and dirty. Frig didn’t work and stunk. Door deadbolt didn’t work. Morning breakfast included but very little.

i booked this because ******* said this property had a pool, and i was traveling with children. there was no pool. we canceled our second night stay upon checking in. i would’ve canceled all together but i wasnt within my 24 hour cancellation policy so we had to stay the first night.

Nice big tv and close to freeway room was relatively clean. The lobby is very small and congested and room was extremely noisy from inside and outside the building.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The people at the front desk were kind and helpful. Breakfast was ok. I've had better but I've also had worse. 2 mornings in a row, I woke up at about 5:00am to a very strong smell of fish. On my last night there, as I was parking I could smell fish. Don't know what that was about, no...I was not eating fish at anytime.

Staff was friendly, beds very comfortable. Maverick, Dennys and Starbucks all within walking distance. Good location. Close to interstate

Price was reasonable but upon check in room stunk and we ended up canceling our stay and going elsewhere. Will put this on the do not use for future trips

Our window couldnt be locked in the closed position, easily sliding open from outside the room and the window screen had been ripped open and removed at some point. I brought that to the attention of the front desk attendent who showed little interest. No shampoo in the room, only 1coffee, and the 'breakfast' isnt much if at all. The pet fee was very reasonable and the pet area had a lot of garbage everwhere due to the cans overflowing.

We had a good experience. We did not experience what some others have said about their stay. We have stayed at this Super 8 over the years on at least 5 occasions. The only issue we experience was that most of the breakfast food was gone by 8 am when it was supposed to be available from 6 am to 9 am.
