地點方便，前台服務員好友善，包了早餐。房間偏舊，清潔並不理想，應該是上一入住的客人內衣遺漏了在椅下而清潔居然沒有發現。當致電客服後，酒店亦好快有人來清理，所以沒有選擇更換。

I recently stayed at the Ramada hotel and I must say, it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and professional staff who made me feel right at home. The lobby was clean and welcoming, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the amenities provided were top-notch. I also appreciated the little touches like complimentary toiletries, a coffee maker, and a mini fridge. The hotel facilities were also impressive. I enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the on-site restaurant, and the fitness center was well-equipped for a quick workout. The pool area was clean and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at the Ramada hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, and I can’t wait to return in the future.

It was fine but a 3 star and I guess I was expecting more from a Ramada. But it was a good sleep. The building is a bit tired.

The hotel is reasonable value and is conveniently located. Staff is friendly. It’s surface clean but the property is a bit tired looking, with classic 80’s/90’s decor, and in need of updates. I stayed two nights and after the first night kept the “do not disturb” sign on the door until I went out at 11 am. When I returned to the hotel at 9 pm, the room had not been cleaned. Perhaps they are under staffed. It’s a Ramada. You get what you pay for.

Very thin walls/windows with no noise reduction clearly as traffic noise from neighbouring highway kept me up all night. If the night was not bad enough, the following morning as I brushed my teeth my hair was soaked in dirty water, as I looked up and saw the washroom ceiling light drenching down of water from likely the unit above. My far my worst hotel experience to date. The front desk staff were all kind but I have yet to receive any sort of apology from the manager themselves despite me sending an email with a video attached of the drenching ceiling light that flooded the washroom.

Great proximity to Yacht club. Easy check in, comfy bed. The pillows could be a little softer. But our room was quiet and comfortable. Great parking, too! The breakfast was ok. Nothing special.

We will stay here again, for sure. The room was very clean, the breakfast was very clean and the staff was friendly.

The welcome upon arrival was pleasant and organized. The size of the room was very generous. The breakfast was ample. Cleanliness was great. The bed, pillows and sheets were top notch, led to a most comfortable sleep. Most impressed and will return.

Staff was friendly and accommodating, surrounding areas was kinda run-down and homeless/ *******. However, the property was well maintained. I enjoyed the oceanside and closeness of mall and restaurants. It was cozy relaxing and very easy-going and to get around. I would come back and stay there again
