Our trip to Nanjing left us with beautiful memories and a very positive impression. Largely attributable to the very pleasant stay at Swisstouches Hotel. We stayed in the suite from end May to early June. 1. Very clean and comfortable suite - About one of the most comfortable rooms I have had stayed in recent memory. Spacious, clean, well - kept, well - maintained. Reasonably priced. Whole place smelled good, no hint of musky odour, no tobacco smell, children had zero issue with allergy. Sound proofing was great. I do wish the kitchenette is better equipped with microwave oven, utensils and simple crockery. Not that we cook in the room, but I guess it is more convenient to have simple utensils available in the kitchenette. 2. Courteous, attentive and responsive service - Reception was courteous, patient and reliable. Restaurant staff were obliging and prompt (requests were attended to promptly, room cleaning staff were responsible and detailed. (I accidentally left the Do-Not-Disturb sign on, they left a note reminding me about that, and took the initiative to return in the evening to clean up the room - all without any request from me. I thought of just going letting the room cleaning pass for 1 day). Such conscientious work attitude is hard to come by. 3. Food was hygienic and ample - The buffet breakfast was amply stocked and spread was decent. Not an emperor's feast, but way enough to surpass expectations for most people. 4. Location was decent, safe - The hotel is situated in the outskirts of Nanjing city. So you get the tranquil, but you wont have the hustle and bustle. There are convenience stores and eateries well within a stone's throw. Ride hailing taxis are easily available too. But if you are expecting to walk to the tourist spots, you will have to stay in the heart of the city. I personally prefer a location like Swisstouches' . 5. Facilities - I only tried the swimming pool and gym. Very decent. Good enough for exercise and workouts during travel. Gym was well equipped, albeit a little messy. But that's more of gym users rather than the set-up. Swimming pool was well maintained and monitored at all times. Great for lane swimming. All in all, fantastic stay. Go back again? Big Yes.

It’s good hospitality hotel. Mr.Karif, who take in charge flont desk, always contact us for caring during stay at Hotel. I would like to recommend anyone consider to stay at Nanjing area trip.

My room was absolutely beautiful and clean! Most of the staff were most helpful and friendly. The living room space was tranquil and quiet perfect for those needing a break or needing to complete business assignments. The swimming facilities we clean and orderly. My only complaint would be that the valet/concierge service only helped Chinese business men with their luggage and neglected anybody else(including myself) regardless of the fact that I was carrying heavy bags around with me. I was most please to find the room equipped with not 2 but 6 bottles of water considering the warm weather. Aside from this I would definitely stay here again.

這是一條差評，服務員乘我出去吃晚飯的時間給我房間放了一張床，請問我房間是倉庫嗎？前台在接到我電話反應此情況後，並沒有及時把床搬走！ 不接受“其他房間加床服務員放錯了之類的説法”，如果是這樣的錯誤，這張床不會在我房間放了一整晚！！

來青奧看演唱會，離場館3.5公里左右算是比較近的，房間挺大的。我一個人入住覺得有點浪費，酒店給的樓層也不錯20層，早上10點出門的看還有人去吃早餐，此處有小紅花…下次如果再看演唱會還會選擇這裏，床墊很舒服就是好酒店的那種床墊，周邊挺安靜的。不錯…下次還會來住

非常好的體驗，到酒店門口就有人幫拿行李。到前台入住，兩位美女都非常熱情，還幫我把機場打包行李膜撕掉，這個服務真的很多星級酒店沒有。前台兩個美女工作人員，一個是明彥，另一個人沒記住名字，服務都非常專業到位。熱情，細心，直到離店前台男工作人員又給我拿了一瓶水，真的非常細緻。雖然酒店設施不是最新的，但是很乾凈，房間無異味，床睡覺非常舒服。下次還會來住，感謝酒店所有工作人員。

全五分好評！進入大堂就是滿滿的瑞士氛圍，每個服務人員都很貼心，熱情且主動服務。因為帶着孩子不方便上下樓，給升級了套房，超級寬敞，還有浴缸寶寶游泳超開心。房間設施一應俱全。自助晚餐相對一般，菜品種類不夠豐富每人一衹的大閘蟹品質不佳，早餐十一期間的原因人太多，像大食堂。位置離奧萊很近，步行可達。如果再來浦口是會再次體驗的酒店！

為檀健次演唱會而來，原計劃當天來回，由於上海蘇州附近下雨，提前一晚來南京，臨時隨便找了家酒店，酒店環境很好，晚上房間很安靜，忘記拍房間照片了 ，工作人員較熱情，以後健次再來南京開演唱會，會繼續選這裏，哈哈哈

帶孩子入住南京瑞斯麗酒店，聽説是瑞士🇨🇭風格體驗了一把，大堂有鮮花麋鹿，還有歡迎飲品享用，前台服務熱情周到，續住遇到前台小郭説話甜美給人的感覺很舒心，房間乾淨衞生，床品很是舒適，早餐沒有什麼特色建議有所改進硪，很是期待下次入住！ 泳池也很乾凈，可以帶泳衣來試試

停車很方便。而且酒店非常的有風格。有歐洲的特色。很像瑞士的感覺。他們家的菜做的挺棒的。口味不錯。Ada小姐姐服務很好。態度很好。環境也非常的棒。是和朋友聚會。這個地方很不錯。推薦大家過來打卡。總體非常不錯。

以前沒有住過瑞斯麗，看着酒店定位比較高端，想必舒適型也一定很好，就給家人預訂了兩晚。剛到酒店，門口有專門的接待門衞，辦理入住時前台雖然禮貌但並不熱情，進入房間後，整體感覺裝修不錯，但是桌子上擺放的“冰露”礦泉水和燒水壺讓我感覺很沒面子，現在連經濟連鎖酒店都不會給冰露了吧。再説説入住體驗，家人反饋晚上睡覺空調打開會吹到頭，關了空調又因為又厚又潮的被子難以入睡，反應給前台後，他們説沒有薄被子，有毛毯可以提供，結果出門回來看到房間的毛毯簡直一言難盡，我甚至一度懷疑是墊桌子的毯子拿過來糊弄我們的。提到早飯，家人反饋煮麪的阿姨態度冷淡，麪沒煮熟。 總之，滿懷期待的一次入住體驗非常差，以後不會再來！
