Could be better ! The darkness in the room wasn't total. Room are a little bit noisy. Globally nice situation in Nantes center and close to the railway station. Tramway and bus station are near the hotel.Please ask before if you have a car ; the hotel street can't be reach directly.

My wife and I started our Christmas Market trip in Nantes, and we made the right choice by staying at this hotel. Very close to the castle, cathedral and other amenities of Nantes. Our room was clean, the bed was comfy and we had a nice continental brekkie the day after. Also, very close to the train station.

The hotel location is perfectly situated for all transport links and for walking to the main visitor attractions. This is a budget hotel but the room and continental breakfast were more than adequate for me although some couples may find the double rooms a little on the small side. I've read several reviews about the lack of hot water in the shower. I didn't have this issue but it was necessary to leave the hot water to run for about five minutes before it was piping hot. I would stay here again if I was visiting Nantes but I do have a couple of suggestions for the hotel on how it could improve the overall guest experience based on my mixed experience which I hope will be receive by the hotel in the spirit in which it is intended. (I attempted to leave comments on your website but it kept crashing.) Firstly, there was an inconsistent approach from the staff (the team) to me and, I observed, other guests. Two of the staff at reception and in the breakfast room were welcoming and chatty but two other members of the team in the same areas were not. Being ignored may be considered rude. My suggestion to the hotel would be to ask all staff to make eye contact, smile and say bon jour to all guests every time to ensure we feel welcomed and valued. Secondly, there was a small error on my check out bill which I didn't notice at the time. These things happen but it took me over week of chasing to resolve this. I had to email repeatedly as there was no timely response from the team which I think is poor customer service. This is in contrast to the almost immediate response I received when I emailed with details on my time of arrival. My suggestion to the hotel would be to activate an automated message during busier times so guests know their communications have been received and will be responded to within a specified timeframe.

Great budget hotel for a short stay. Staff made it - helpful, courteous and funny. They were very accomodating with us checking in early, and then adding another day to our stay. They made sure we knew that public transport was free in Nante at Weekends, and provided a map with the landmarks and directions etc. highlighted. Our room overlooked a courtyard and was so peaceful. Compact, but contained everything you needed. You're close enough to the train station to be convenient but not bothered. Very short walk to the Castle/town centre, or a few tram stops. I love Nantes, we didn't want to come home.

Very good relation price/services. Nice, clean, correct hotel with good communications and in the centre of town (allows you to walk to train station, to airport navette, to centre of town, etc Good for business trip because beside trainstation etc but also good for couples/tourism because in the centre of town.

I love the location of this hotel, a couple of minutes walk from the train station, castle and restaurants/bars. Check in was quick and easy. The room was very small, OK for one person but a squeeze for two and/or with a lot of luggage. There is no air con so the room gets really hot (I went in June), you can open the window but there are no nets or blinds so this causes an issue with privacy and at night as the curtains are heavy and push the window closed. I had an issue using the code to get in on the first night, the code worked but the door did not disengage for me to get in. I tried to call the number provided for assistance outside of reception hours but it just kept ringing so I was stuck outside on my own for quite a while until the door finally opened.
