ナパ リバー イン(Napa River Inn)

If you're staying in Napa, this is the place to stay! Beautifully appointed rooms, close to shops and restaurants.

The location was amazing with many bars, restaurants, tasting rooms and shops within close walking distance. It is right on the river. Parking is free! The nice pastries delivered to your door are an added bonus. The sound proofing of the rooms is not great and we could hear everything from barking dogs, cars driving by and someone blow drying their hair. Decor seemed a little dated than the pictures on the site. Overall, would stay again!

Such a cute spot to stay at. Very clean and friendly staff. Walking distance to First St. where there is shopping, dining, and drinks. Beautiful view of the river and it felt safe to walk around, especially at night. I would definitely recommend staying here.

It was perfect location with near by attractions, good restaurants, and Napa River! Only one downside is that even though the room was updated with very comfortable bed, the heater was quite old and noisy so we couldn't turn it on. Other than that, the hotel was really nice and convenient!

I love the location. I can walk to many restaurants and shops. It is located right by the Napa River and beautiful area.

Needed a credit card with my name on it for deposit. The only one I thought I had was a new interim card w/out my name; awaiting the new card with my name to arrive in the mail. I had other cards with not quite enough credit on each, but they contained my name. The Inn would/could not put them together so, couldn't stay. After I left, I remembered I did have a bank card with enough credit available to have used it for the deposit in my bank book and had forgotten I had it. I did not return thinking they might have cleared my reservation and I would have had to start all over, if even possible. I actually had been waiting for a reminder call/email from them 1-2 days earlier just to remind me of any details I needed to know. If they had given me a reminder call, I would have had my cards available.

Superb hotel, staff who go above and beyond, impeccable accommodations, WELL DONE!

Great location and outstanding service. The hotel is well maintained, located close to everything you want to see, and the staff make you feel very welcome!
