Room was very convenient had everything I needed and said it would thank goodness for aircon and Netflix because it was super cold during the weekend of my stay. Staff were amazing from reception to cleaners everyone was very kind and welcoming.

Great location, good facilities and modern

Hadn't stayed there for about 4yrs. It has been refuebishwd in tge interim and is great value for money. I am booked to be rhere again in July🙂

Great location, short walking to the CBD, very good restaurant just cross the road, and rooms clean, weekend carpark is free.

Perfect location. Walking distance to the cafe, shops and beach. The room was clean. Would definitely comeback when visited Napier

The hotel is very near the intercity bus stop and three supermarkets. Reception is only 12-6.

Great location, great welcome from hotel staff, great range of amenities. Good value for money. Car park is small, so get there early if you want to park a car. Highly Recommended.
