コンフォート イン ネープルズ イースト I-75(Comfort Inn Naples East I-75)

The fire alarm went off at 4:00am. There was no information from the front desk regarding evacuation. After going down to the front desk I was told they couldn't find any fire and to ignore the alarm. It continued to sound for 3 hours. They also do not accept American Express for security deposit.

The sofa bed was awful and barely useable. No adult could sleep on it and expect to have a restful nights sleep. Someone from your head office should try it out to see how uncomfortable it truly is. This was a room booked for 5 people yet there were only 4 sets of towels in the bathroom. The pool was only open till 6pm. When check-in is at 4pm, this is not a lot of time to use the pool. The Best Western we stayed at the day before had pool hours up to 10pm. We checked in on a Sunday. Only one person was at the desk. Understaffed. Always a line up. I had a question but had to leave with out having it addressed because of the amount of people waiting to be served.

The beds were soft and comfy, quite a few dining options near by. Friendly staff. There is a perfumey smell in the foyer that was a bit strange. Staff doesn't notice it anymore tho. All in all a very good stay. Breakfast was good. Lots of food and fruit too.

The hotel was adequate. In the business center, the printer did not work and no effort was being made during the 5 days we stayed there to fix it.

The property only has 2 handicapped parking spaces out front. Hotel was fully booked and we ended up parking near the exit road.

The hotel was very nice, and the pool was good too. The only thing was it was difficult to enter the hotel. I could only enter from the main entrance and had to go all the way around the building to get stuff from the car.

I liked that they had an on-site tiki bar next to the pool. I like the outdoor balcony with chairs. Breakfast was great.

We only stayed here for one night during our vacation as we travelled around the state, but found that our room was quite large, clean, and the hotel staff were friendly. The included hot breakfast was a nice touch.

Could not get any hot water to take a shower and found the beds and pillows to be rather uncomfortable
