這家旅館屬於經濟舒適型的。位置很好，走路去老城旅遊景點也不太遠，在一條主要大街上，幾百米遠的地方有地鐵站。離火車站也較近。平時沒有服務人員在前台（在二樓）。到前要打電話聯繫約好時間，才有人來給你開一樓大門，辦入住手續。

3 night stay out of season in January. Contacted prior to arrival to confirm late arrival, around 9.30pm. No problem with this and someone waiting for us inside. Taxi driver some trouble finding it simply as it's on a super long main road. Taxi around 15 mins from airport and many close by if needed. 5 min walk to Garibaldi for the circumvesuviana train to Pompeii /Sorrento, very handy! 5 mins or so from cathedral in other direction. Around 10-15 min walk from historic centre. So overall good location for both train and more interesting parts of city. Main road is busy and a little noisy at times but did not stop us sleeping well. Changed to this accommodation after previous booked hotel so many negative reviews about location. Would stay again.

Very clean rooms, but absolutely nothing fancy or “Italian “ about them. Quite modern but very plain. Rooms open right into the reception area and this can be noisy at times. Thank goodness they have soundproof windows and a quiet AC unit! as the street is one of the main streets in Napoli and extremely noisy! Breakfast is as continental as they come: yogurts, 2 kids of cereal (one is chocolate something), some bananas for fruit, juices, hard-boiled eggs, cooked ham, and processed cheese slices (I would think that this would be sacrilegious in Italy!). They did have some nice local pastry though, but didn’t even have croissants on our first of 3 mornings there. They do need to step up their Italian breakfast! The cappuccino was not bad. Having a lift was very good. Area of town was not great. A lot of migrants and the streets are filthy! It must have been a nice area once. Too bad because it’s so close to the train station. Would suggest paying a bit more and going further into the main area of Napoli.

Fantastic accommodation and a great location. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and bed clothes and towels were changed on a daily basis. Continental breakfast is normal for Italians and our breakfast was always fresh and well prepared. If you want accommodation that's a short distance from all amenities this should be your first choice. We really enjoyed our stay.

Room 106 had window into breakfast room - see photo. Shower broken. Reported several times. Walls paper thin. Had to pay to use lift. No one to greet you. Got stung on Tourist tax - no mention of this or lift charge in booking info. Tried to phone up several times, no one picking up phone so gave up. Would not recommend to anyone. Naples itself was lovely and a great base to explore.

5 adults - 5 beds. stayed one night! walked from train station and area had great pizza it was perfect for what we needed!

The hotel was clean, safe and comfortable. The location was good and easy accessable. Special thanks to Alessio for his friendly behavior and advices about the city. He was so helpful about everything. Perfect staff.

Great stay. There was a problem with my reservation because of **********. Alex at the hotel was very proactive to get it fixed. He saved my vacation. The hotel is small but very nice. I definitely recommend staying here.
