アストラ(Astra)

숙소 위치는 좋았지만 분리되어있는 화장실이 방과 조금 떨어져있어서 불편하고, 발고니 문이 완전히 닫히지 않아서 불편했다. 그래도 호스트들은 친절했고 내가 필요한 것들을 잘 실행해주었다

I really enjoyed my stay at the B&B Astra. It was easy to find and very central for exploring the city and venturing further afield. Maria was a fantastic host and so helpful. The room was clean and felt just like staying in a friendly homely place and I hope to return soon.

Ottima esperienza e si trova in un luogo facilmente accessibile per chi arriva in stazione, clima accogliente e super cordiale, camere e bagni molto puliti e c'è la possibilità di fare la colazione li, consigliato soprattutto a chi si approccia alla città la prima volta! :)

We had a three-night reservation at the Astra. I informed them two days before our arrival the time we would arrive. I got a reply to the message that someone is waiting for us. When we arrived as scheduled on Friday evening, they told they were overbooked. The owner offered us accommodation three kilometers from the center. I told them I wouldn't accept this, but they had no other choice. I didn´t accept it and because of that we had to find a new hotel for ourselves on Friday night at 10pm. On Saturday we were able to check in to Astra. We were supposed to have a room that can fit three people, but the room was still a small room for two people. However, the worst thing was the accommodation was extremely poor. The toilet was supposed to be only our private use, but I noticed someone else use it too. Also, the bathroom was dirty and toilet seat was broken. There were birds in a cage in the kitchen and there was no mention of this anywhere when I made the reservation. And I´m allergic to birds. The bar downstairs played music all night long. For these reasons we had to check out on Sunday and look for a new accommodation for one more night. I have made a complaint, but Astra refuses to refund us anything.

I liked the location , in historical part of the city we walked everywhere everything was accessible, What I found was not great is that the rooms very tiny and some old junk in the anyway narrow hallway. There are only 4 rooms and 3 showers on the other side of the apar**ent , the water heating system is weird, its either you shower in cold water or there is super hot burning water comes out , could figure out what's going on The host Maria was nice and helpful however the other host made us feel very unwelcome , my children named him simply "The angry guy" . I think because we were making tea at the kitchen I wasn't aware that we not suppose to use it . he came to us seem very angry and asked how long we going to use it for.. If one runs B&B he should be more welcoming not looking angry. could be he had bad day or maybe just improve his communication skills I don't know, but I know that I would not recommend this place to stay .

Sono arrivato presso la struttura e la responsabile mi ha trasferito presso un altro “hotel”, Rifugio del conte, per motivi non ben definiti, che si trovava in una palazzina abitata. Qui ho trovato un personale molto cordiale e disponibile. La stanza, molto piccola ma sufficiente per una persona, era dotata di un bagno privato in cui vi era soltanto mezzo rotolo di carta igienica, quindi usata, solo due tovaglie rigorosamente sporche, era assente il phon, ma soprattutto il bagno non era dotato di un bidet, sostituito da un doccino. La doccia era visibilmente sporca a terra e si tappava subito dopo nemmeno 3 minuti. Mancava anche un tappetino in bagno. Da dentro la stanza si sentiva ogni minimo rumore o il rumore dell’acqua scorrere. Zero stelle

Ambiente familiar y cordial. Buena localizacion, habitacion cómoda, sin ruidos y todo muy limpio. Ademas el desayuno es muy completo y los dueños son muy serviciales y detallistas. Muy buena relación calidad-precio.

La casa versava in uno stato pietoso, sporca e disordinata. In cucina abbiamo trovato piatti sporchi nel lavandino, nel balcone tengono gabbie di uccelli luride. Il bagno era maleodorante, personalmente ho evitato di usarlo visto che c’erano dei costumi usati sul lavandino, per non parlare dei pavimenti e delle lenzuola piene di capelli. Abbiamo steso i nostri teli per dormire. Mai vista una cosa del genere.

Séjour bien passer Pour la somme demandée la chambre était à peu près correct Location quand même très vétuste surtout au niveau électricité Et j’ai regretter de n’avoir jamais vue la loueuse Sa sœur qui s’est occupée de nous était très gentille
