ハイ レレ ルームズ(Hi Relais Rooms)

This was our first time in Italy and I would go back tomorrow and do it all over again. Monica from Hi Relais Rooms is the best hostess and made our stay much easier and more enjoyable than I imagined. She made our stay so welcoming and went over and above to make it a special time celebrating my husbands 40th. The room was full of balloon…cakes candles and fizz…all decorated specially by Monica herself. She was always on the other end of the whatsapp, answering all our requests and needs throughout the 3 days we spent there. Nothing was ever a bother. Accommodation was absolutely perfect for a 3 day couple trip. It was central to get to Pompeii using the trains and the Amalfi coast taking the ferry. It was right next to the Spanish Quarter where we ate out both nights and had such friendly holiday vibes. The balcony was a perfect spot to chill at night with a few local beers and watch the world go by after a long day of exploring, The room is very spacious, spotless and has a mini fridge. We got fresh towels and toiletries in the room every day and also breakfast was 👌👌 good variety of choices and delivered to room in perfect time to set us up for the day.

Great location but not a good experience overall. Room is basic. Checkin experience was terrible- poor communication meant we could not get into the room for quite some time and waited outside. Contactless check in. Got incorrect wifi code so couldn’t access until the following day. They reached out for a review and I indicated the above- response back was that I was ridiculous/ stupid as was my review. I guess they are only interested in positive reviews

Very clean room, excellent service, very nice hosts. Very high level service, no remarks. I recommend! The location is great! 🤍🤍🤍I will definitely return. Breakfast in bed was served with fresh croissants, fruit, yoghurt and cereal. Lovely clean room in a nice area right next to Piazza Carrita, and close to Toledo Metro station.

Abbiamo trascorso tre notti in compagnia di amici. La struttura è in una posizione centrale e molto comoda. Le camere sono ampie e luminose, praticamente nuove, pulizia ottima. Monica e Pasquale sono molto disponibili e gentili, sempre disponibili anche per consigli dove cenare. Ci hanno suggerito dei ristoranti, fuori dal solito giro, dove ci siamo trovati molto bene. La nostra camera ha avuto un piccolo disguido per l’utilizzo del bagno. Alla nostra segnalazione sono prontamente intervenuti per la riparazione e cercare di arginare il disagio. Ci hanno inoltre rimborsato parte della spesa per venire incontro al disagio subito, dimostrando correttezza e premura nei nostri confronti. Ritorneremo nuovamente a Napoli e nuovamente da voi.

Ho soggiornato due notti con mia figlia. La struttura è molto confortevole: camere nuove, ampie e luminose, pulizia impeccabile, posizione centrale e comoda per gli spostamenti. Monica e Pasquale sono molto disponibili e gentili, hanno soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta e dato preziose informazioni su come muoversi e cosa vedere. Ottima anche la colazione servita direttamente in camera con scelta di brioches, yogurth, succhi di frutta e bevande calde. Siamo state veramente bene, peccato per il poco tempo a disposizione e il clima non proprio favorevole. Napoli è unica e merita senz'altro un'altra visita, ci sono tantissime cose ancora da vedere. Consigliatissimo!

Camera pulita moderna e funzionale. Bagno con accessori e pulito. Ottima la posizione in pieno centro. Gentili e disponibili I proprietari. Fantastica la colazione in camera con candela e tutto quello che si vuole!!! Consigliato assolutamente

Un sitio perfecto para disfrutar de Nápoles! Anfitriones muy atentos y siempre ayudándote para no perder nada de tu visita en Nápoles. Especial Gracias a Monica, la experiencia no iba a ser la misma sin su dedicación y ayuda! Habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias. Un GRAN 10!!!

Visita de tres dias a Napoles. Son habitaciones bastante amplias dentro de un antiguo edificio, la entrada no tiene nada que ver con las propias habitaciones, son amplias, bien estructuradas, con todo lo necesario y en muy buen estado y limpias. El desayuno lo sirven en la habitación a la hora convenida y previamente te envían la carta del mismo por whatsapp para que puedas escoger. Nos recepcionaron a nuestra llegada y nos explicaron claramente el funcionamiento de todo. El trato y la atención, espectaculares. La hubicacion es inmejorable, estas en una zona de mucho movimiento y muy cerca de la boca de metro, sin duda, lo recomendaria para amigos y familiares que quisiesen visitar Napoles.
