Besides fatal check in, the stay itself was nice and is located in a good area within Naples if you don’t mind walking around to several sights. Room was nice and cleaning lady was nice as well.

Horrible service, the check in its very fare from the room. They Ask 200 euro guarantee by credit card, they will return after 15 days. Ridiculous. No one pick up the phone very hard to get information after booked. Deeply considering before booking.

Booked and pre-paid for my room. Arrived at the check in and was told I had to pay more than double what I had already paid on top because the “deal” I received from Trip.com didn’t apply to me. They said I had to give them my credit card or they would kick me out and keep my money. Needless to say I found another hotel.

DONT STAY THERE!!! We got no informaiton regarding the check in and when we arrived at 9.00 pm (after having to go back and forth since we didnt know where to go due to missing info) they didnt let us check in. I PAYED THE HOTEL already in advance. They sent us in the pouring rain event though they were here and could have done the check in. We had to find another hotel rain. Super unfriendly and its not worth the money. Go look for a better one, this isn't it.

Parto nel dire che non è un hotel ma praticamente un' affittacamere. La reception dove poter effettuare il check in dista quasi 2 km dal palazzo che invece è in zona stazione Garibaldi (cosa non specificata alla prenotazione). Per fare il check in abbiamo aspettato mezz' ora perché non funzionava qualcosa e in quattro persone persone non sapevano dove girarsi, han dovuto chiamare una quinta persona telefonicamente per riuscire a farci finalmente andare. Per lasciare i bagagli prima del check in (ti danno dei codici per accedere alla camera) abbiamo dovuto pagare 4€ a bagaglio viceversa ce li saremmo dovuti portare in giro per Napoli. + € 200 di cauzione sulla carta di credito non si sa bene per cosa. Se di notte succede qualcosa sono chiusi. Non è quindi un albergo come indicato. La camera invece si è presentata in ordine e pulita ma con un odore di tappezzeria marcia da far spavento (finestre aperte a gennaio per far uscire quell' odore). Esperienza che non consiglio.

The most terrible hotel! 1. The train station pickup driver was supposed to wait at the exit with a sign stating my name ...He was no where in sight. I looked through all the possible exits. Then he calls to say he is at Mc Donald's but there are he wasn't there. He was parked somewhere outside infront of a restaurant! As a first timer in the city, this was the first welcome. 2. The driver took me to some other place which was Not the hotel on Google maps. That place was a reception area of ClaPla company for check -in about which there was no prior information. 3. They checked me in and asked for city tax and extra compulsory cleaning charges only in Cash. (They refused another couple as they didn't have cash on them.) Receipt of payment was refused. 4. I had reached by 1 pm but they said check in is at 3pm until 9pm. And then they told me to leave and not wait in the reception area. 5. The locality was a bit shady as well. So as a solo female they should have been more accommodating. 6. At 3 pm they gave me 4 keys and when I asked them to mark which key was for what, they told me to figure it out myself. 7. The driver dropped me infront of a large old door and left. 8. With difficulty opened it. I had to drag my own luggages. There was another door and then an old lift with wooden doors opened and closed manually. Quite unsettling. 9. Another door. Another struggle to find the right key. 10. The fourth door was the room. At first glance the room seemed perfect but when I opened the window....alas the view were 4 dumpsters and a narrow alley. 11. There was no hot water and no one to help. 12. When I came back from my outdoor trip in the evening, I followed the Google maps. It took me to a similar door which opened with my key. But it was the wrong place! 13. When it was time to leave, the reception people refused to provide any taxi. Overall, after this experience I will never ever visit Naples.

Non ha senso commentare dato che i commenti rispecchiano tutti i punti negativi delle recensioni precedenti. PENOSO!!! Il prezzo non vale assolutamente quello che viene offerto, prestare attenzione prima di effettuare la prenotazione, stanza senza bicchieri, 1 asciugamano solo per 2 ospiti per stanza, ascensore a pagamento, ricezione irraggiungibile e distante 3 km……

The location is perfect, you can reach the central station within couple of minutes,eqsy to take the train to other cities, fast and practical! The famous pizza of Napoli ( pizza da michele) is right by the corner. The room Cleaning is everyday!

I booked hotel with my sister in same day when I planned to check in. When we came to place they’ve mentioned that I needed to pay damage deposit by credit card( I didn’t noticed this info on important info section). As I didn’t have credit card with me I suggested to pay it by electronic credit card/cash/debit card but all options were rejected by receptionist. We asked how we can solve this, but receptionist rudely asked us to leave reception and that she don’t care. And We stayed outside without living place for my weekend. When I tried to cancel booking and asked for refund as they didn’t allow us to stay - hotel didn’t wanted to refund me and it charged me fully. Which means I payed for nothing. I disappointed that booking didn’t try to help me. Don’t recommend this place, it feels like that scam you by creating rules with additional payments and they don’t step towards customer to resolve problem, they create additional rules in fright and they are very rude.
