チェックインが難しすぎる。 荷物の取り出し方が分からなかったので1時間くらい待たされた

電車で市内へお越しの方には絶好のロケーションです。ポルタ・カプアからすぐです！ テレビ、エアコン、エレベーターなど、充実した設備が整ったお部屋です。受付スタッフはとても親切で助かりました！

「ホテルというよりはまともなB&B。シンプルな部屋には小さなテーブルすらなく、棚すらないバスルームと同様に、どこに物を置いたらいいのかわかりません。 B&B としては平均的な朝食、エレベーターにいくつかの問題があり、価格が提供するものに対して少し高すぎます。

管理は現代的で、部屋は清潔でさわやかです。フロントデスクには14時から20時まで人がいます。それ以外の場合は電話でのみ問い合わせることができます。駅から近いのが最大のメリットです。

50 室以上の客室を備えたナポリで最高のホテルの 1 つです。 ホテルはガリバルディ中央駅の近くに位置し、近くには安いスーパーマーケット、レストラン、お土産や食べ物を購入できる活気のある地元や移民のコミュニティがあります。 市内中心部からはわずか 2 キロメートル、最寄りの公共ビーチまでは 2 号線を利用してわずか 40 分です。 ホテルのサービスは本当に良く、設備も抜群です。

ご来店の際は観光税21ユーロをお支払いいただきます。部屋は非常に高く、バルコニーは開くことができ、広々としていて明るく、風通しが良いです。毎日の衛生状態が良好です。ただ、屋内にはテーブルがないので、とても不便です。 部屋にある唯一のスツールには片方の脚がありませんでした。バスルームもとても広くて設備も充実していますが、シャワーのお湯が出なかったり、水量が少なくポタポタしたりすることが多いので、シャワーヘッドを修理して水量が正常になればもっと良いと思います。 このホテルはとても良い場所にあり、観光スポットに行くのにとても便利です。ここに住んでいると、どこに行くにもタクシーに乗る必要がなく、数百歩歩くだけで、電車や地下鉄に直接乗ることができます。 ここに来たとき、電車を降りてタクシーに乗ったところ、数分で到着しましたが、運転手さんが熱心に荷物を運んでくれて、13ユーロ払ってくださいと言いました。 （メーターは8.5ユーロ） スペインではタクシー運転手はメーターに応じて料金を請求します。イタリアでは高額な請求をするドライバーに何人も遭遇しました。

This Hotel Only Worse Type.need to charge 100 Euro. is it worth! 100 Euro. if Reject to check in .Please dont sell to any Hotel website ! Dont Waste Time. why Cant Inform Guest Earlier via Email.or Chat Agoda! The worse and Bad Services. Arrived Hotel.No Receptionist. Is not Hotel .worse Than Hostel Or Guest House. No One will Assist.

Arrived at Hotel reception door was locked and no one at the hotel. Upon calling the phone number available on the sign we where informed that reception does not open before 2pm and does not hold luggage's for tourists - so we had to walk back to the train station and buy luggage storage for the day at extra cost. The room was not as per photos on website. Dirty and stained and mouldy walls , flushing does not work, only 1 electricity plug was working in the room, bed and bed sheets were dirty and thorn, broken bathroom sink, door knob was broken. Amongst other things. To go in and out of the hotel we had to use a secondary door common to another block of dwellings because the reception which also serves as the emergency exit (according to signs) was locked with a padlock most of the times. Also, as per previous reviews - by mistake we where charged city tax twice - then refunded upon complaining. Not recommended.

Very close to Piazza Garibaldi and the central station. Stayed one night in a basic but clean and reasonably comfortable room, overall, it was good value for money. Reception was open when we arrived and was friendly and efficient, however, despite being told it would be open the following day so we could store our bags it was not and so we had to plan a last minute alternative. If you plan to stay here I recommend using the bag storage in Central Station (6€ per bag), which is open to 8 pm. Other guests have had a similar problems and so be aware that you cannot rely on being able to store (and collect) your bags. My message to the management is to be honest about this, offer alternatives and make it easier for your guests.
