The location is excellent  The main reason I chose here is the location. It is next to the train / metro station in Naples. I didn’t want to drag my suitcase after I arrived in Naples by express bus from Rome airport (I took fumicro express bus)  The reception isn’t open for 24H. Basically it should be between 1300 and 2000 for you to check-in. You can talk to the owner if your arrival time is 2030 etc but I don’t think you will be accepted if your arrival time is 0300 etc. Said that, pls talk to him. He might accept it ! This is a really small B&B that has only 3 rooms.  Francesco comes to the property only when he has to let guests in.  Luckily my ETA was between 1300 and 2000. I didn’t even know about "check-In time" when I booked this property through AGODA.  I didn’t see him again after I checked in. When I left, I just left the key at the reception table. Wi-Fi, daily cleaning and breakfast is included. Breakfast buffet is actually available all day long because Yogurt, coffee, pastries, cereal and rusks ate left at the counter. Fruits juice and milk are in the fridge. The coffee tastes actually great !  Equipment in the room: Safe Linen Towels  Hair dryer Hot water shower Closets  AC It is very comfy as the table is big enough for me to work on my laptop. There are lots of power sockets  Daily cleaning Is available, but towels and linen won't be changed every day. If you wish, you should inform the owner (Francesco) upon check-in. I stayed for 4 nights but it was ok for me to use the same towels for 4days.   This is a residential building, and it is located on the 1st floor (in my country I would say 2nd floor) As you could imagine if you have been to Italy, the noise that everybody makes really echoes each time the doors are open or closed.  The room next to the reception must be really noisy. I had a room at the backend, but it was still noisy when other guests came back or used coffee machine.  I don’t recommend this property If you are - a light sleeper - want to meet other travelers - want to intermingle with the owner On the other hand, you will have complete privacy if you prefer. There are the followings nearby: Bars (typical Italian bars)  Restaurants/trattoria  Laundry  Supermarket at the train station (CONAD) Food market at the train station You know what ? Once you get to the train station, you will find McDonald’s and Burger King! Also it is walking distance for the famous pizza place; Da Miquelle 

Accolti cordialmente da Francesco abbiamo subito capito perché è stato scelto questo nome per la location. Ogni camera ha il nome di un colore che ti accoglie appena entri. Sono presenti tutti i comfort. Un grazie sincero!

Posto molto carino per un soggiorno a Napoli, posizione eccellente per visitare tutta la città, i proprietari persone molto a modo. Unica pecca sconsiglio la camera che da nel cortile, dove si sentono cattivi odori provenienti da una ristorante giù
