Very clean accommodations with close access to Nashville's downtown. Unique set up with no receptionist and access codes but easy to follow (even for a 62 yr old).

The place was really cool and homey but the pullout couch was broken and that was not communicated to us so we had to sleep on the floor. The shower faucet would not stay where you turned so it kept turning itself to scolding hot. Other than those 2 things it was a great stay.

Our room exceeded our expectations. Washer dryer dishwasher full-size refrigerator kitchen . Very easy to walk to Broadway.

Everything was great except the shower. The shower was absolutely horrible in regards to the water pressure. I basically was a trickle coming out.

Secure building. Very satisfied with size of rooms and general decor. Loved the loft like feel with 15' ceilings, despite being on ground level. We didn't need, but had fully equipped kitchen. Nice size sofa and tv. Bed against wall makes it difficult for 2. Bathroom could use more towel bars. Spider in bathroom. Walls by sink need to be cleaned. Would be nice to have parking agreement/ discount with Metropolis next door. Construction across the street with jackhammering was bothersome, but only during day. Will be happy to stay here again.

This was like a home away from home. There were so many bonuses for staying here. Firstly, the location is so convenient! It is a short walk to some of Nashvilles famous spots such as Broadway Street and Printers Alley. As well as the Frist museum, Hatch Show Print & the Johnny Cash museum. It is a 7 minute drive to the new hip East Nashville, which has hip restaurants, bars and shops. Check out Five Points area. Next, the rooms are spacious, clean and have all the amenities such as sinks, washer and dryers, dish washer and fridge. They supply the teas, soaps, detergents, etc... the styling is very hip, modern and boutique. The price is fabulous, especially for what yo get. a few cons, it was a bit tricky to check in, remember to officially checkin/sign in the day prior to get instructions. Also, there is no property parking, so if you rent as car, you will have to pay for public parking nearby. In al, LOVED this spot and now am a big fan of Sonder spots forever.

Only problem was there was no parking available, the only way to park your car was in a private parking next door that charged us $40 per night. Had i known that i would have considered it when making the decision to rent this place.

Be advised that while this is a nice property, the parking cost us $42 for one night, there is no staff basically so you're pretty much on your own if you have issues (you have to use a code every time you go in the building or your room) the entire place smelled like chemicals, even something simple like using the wi-fi required a call to their customer service line which in fairness was handled quickly and efficiently. The parking garage that cost $42 was so tight in space that the entrance/exit ramps were almost too small for more than one vehicle at a time. Not a good experience at all.

Location is perfect and check in is easy. Only downside is that our spot smells like smoke. We want to extend for another night if smoke free is available.
