The staff was absolutely amazing, everyone. The room was nice, smooth concrete floors with throw rugs, no dresser or closet but ample shelving. Very clean. Coffee maker and coffee (nespresso machine and pods) was the best ive ever had in a hotel room. Hair dryer was an upgrade too. Shower is huge with great pressure. Will definitely stay again.

This convenient is so convenient. Just an easy Uber to anywhere we wanted to go. However our room faced the highway, and boy was it loud. So that was a bummer. Rooms facing the pool would be ideal here. The pool was great! Wish they had the fireplaces going in the evening. Very limited staff. All restaurants were closed by the time we arrived at 5pm. I didn’t realize that when we booked, so plan accordingly if you come in after 4-5pm (seems like if checking is 4pm, there should be something available). Only bar was open. Loved the decor and lobby. Very few employees but they run efficiently with staff on hand.

The overall uniqueness of the hotel is what blew me away. I was very impressed of the quality of my stay and the convenience of checking in and out from my phone. Will be staying here again!

The pool area was beautiful. We were looking for a place for six adults where we could have room to move with a common area and individual rooms and bathrooms. This place hit the target. Another couple game in from Atlanta to surprise me for my retirement "party". They got their own room but were really impressed with our suite. The Uber service was very quick and not as expensive as might have imagined. Great trip!

Amazing hotel! The staff was amazing. The hotel is amazing everything about this place! So cool! This is definitely a 10 out of 10.

Ease of check in/out was good. Our room had a concert floor with long rugs on both sides of the bed. Sink was outside the bathroom. No table/chairs in room. I did ask and all the rooms are different. We used Uber to get downtown to all the clubs and was only about a 5 minute ride and reasonable.

The room was clean and well-stocked, but also very “modern”? Dim lighting and concrete floors are not features that I was looking for, but that I inadvertently found. The real issue with my stay turned out to be the parking. It was advertised as $25 for self-park or $30 for valet. I chose valet, and was charged over $45. I chose to pay it because I was tired and didn’t want to deal with it. However, when I tried to leave at 7am the next morning, there was no staff available to get my vehicle….no valet attendant, no manager on duty, no staff at all. I called a phone number on the lobby door that got me to nothing but static, and requested my vehicle through the valet confirmation that was sent to me…no response. A barista was finally able to get a call back from a manager, who gave her a code to the valet safe. Forty minutes to get my vehicle that was parked about 15 yards from the lobby entrance. There were also three women who were not able to use their door code, and the barista had to assist them as well, by calling the manager and finding that there was an issue with their credit card. They were told that the manager didn’t come in until 2:30 pm. The service was definitely the worst part of our stay, and I would recommend staying elsewhere based on that alone.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience! The vibe was electric, with a youthful crowd that added to the energy of the place. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore all the attractions and hotspots. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities you could need. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was lively and fun. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the city.
