I live here in Nashville, so anytime we have horrible winter conditions, this is my home away from home.

Amazing! The staff was very professional, yet kind and courteous. The room was very nicely decorated with a modern elegance. The breakfast staff were very organized, the dining area was always clean and organized. The breakfast was great with several choices. The common areas were inviting, with 2 message chairs, tables set up with board games etc, several lining options were within walking distance. Thank you!

Overall a nice hotel, very friendly staff. However Heater was blowing cold air throughout the night and the remote barely worked. Despite that it was a good stay and the breakfast was amazing. Also they make you pay for parking even though they have signs saying they are not responsible for anything stolen and could do a better job shoveling out the parking spots out.

The property itself is tucked back on a quiet street close to several areas of town. The Gulch and Vanderbilt are within walking distance. Front desk staff was efficient but not necessarily over friendly. The room was clean but so incredibly loud. We were right by the elevator and the floor was tiled so every time maintenance rolled the cart from the closet across from the room or anytime someone rolled luggage off the elevator it was loud. We heard talking, loud noises and things being rolled ALL NIGHT LONG. The heater in the room sounded like it was on its last leg and sputtered and clanked all night. When we opened the curtains in the morning we realized the window casing around the heater was solid ice so we're thinking the heater was freezing causing the racket. This hotel was sufficient in amenities and location but unfortunately due to our experience I don't think I would stay here again.

FyI this place charges an additional $20 to park in their parking lot. After driving through snow storm to get there the front desk made me walk back through the snow to put a placard in dash. Then arriving in room found the trash had not been emptied from previous guest. Overall customer service sucks.

After booking and paying for the room on *******, when I checked in they added $12 to the room and $20 for parking so I had to pay an additional $32 that I was not expecting. I tried to cancel, feeling like I was being taken advantage of, and was told I couldn’t because I booked through *******. I unexpectedly had to spend the night as my husband ended up spending the night in a hospital nearby. The desk clerk was nice enough to give me a toothbrush, but was going to charge me $10 for a .99 nail clipper, then tried to drop the price to $5. No deal. I did not feel safe there. Initially I was given the keys to a room that was occupied. I opened the door and was startled by a man jumping out of bed. I ran back downstairs and the desk clerk didn’t see that as a problem. He eventually gave me keys to another room. I felt uneasy. Wondering if someone would get the keys to my room, but it was late and I was tired. At 2am I was awakened by loud voices in the hallway and doors slamming. It persisted and between 2 and 2:30 am I called the front desk four times before anyone answered. There was no chance of getting any sleep at that point. The next morning I explained the situation to the manager. I was greatly concerned for my safety. Inadvertently entering someone else’s room could have resulted in me being attacked or even shot. It was an egregious mistake and should have been addressed. All the manager told me was she was aware of the incident. No concern at all.

More breakfast options would be nice. Street was loud at night with people talking and yelling. Never got a print out receipt. Paying for parking is such a cash grab.
