Hyatt Place Nashville / Brentwood

This hotel is beyond a shadow of a doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! I should have known when we arrived and there was no one to help with your bags that it was going to be a bad experience. So, I unloaded my car onto a trolley and helped my 96 year old mother onto the elevator. The room was ok, but had a bathroom so small even a small person could barely get in and close the door without moving to the side to do so. The beds were adequate, though a bit soft. We left for most of the next day and when we returned our beds had not been made. They took used towels and emptied the trash but that was all. When I inquired the next morning at the front desk I was told they only make the beds “every other day”! However, we stayed a total of 4 nights and the beds were never made the entire time! The breakfast was average. And it was the same menu every single day. One morning when we arrived there was almost no food left and no one had bothered to clean up around the area. On top of that, they charge you some fee for who knows what even though my entire booking had been paid in advance. Part of that is supposed to be refunded but “could take 7 to 10 days”. When I went to check out, there was no one at the front desk and we had to wait over 15 minutes for him to return. There was a sign stating he was off performing other duties! Perhaps he was making up our beds?? Then when I told him how disappointed I was he just stared at the computer. Did not say he was sorry or anything. All he said was,” Ok, your checkout is complete.” I know one thing…I have stayed there twice…my first time and my LAST! Worst hotel and still not inexpensive.

Breakfst was excellent. Location was very good. Sink drained very slowly. Bath light took several minutes to reach full brightness

The staff was courteous, but the fellow at the front desk had a lot of trouble looking up rooms that were ready in the system, and got locked out. The room was decent, but the thermostat did not keep the heat going; it kept turning off, and the room became cold overnight.

The staff was exceptional. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable during a very stressful time

Thank you Hyatt Place Brentwood and ******* staff for being flexible. I made an additional booking (1/30 - 1/31/2026) knowing well that it would be non-refundable should I cancel. This was to ensure that I still had a place to be safe in should the power at my home would still be out due to the snow storm. Thank God, it was restored on 1/29/2026 and we checked out and went home. I called ******* because I made the reservation through them, hoping that they might consider a refund given the circumstance. They worked with the Hyatt Place management and the latter waived the stipulation and gave me a full refund! Even though they know that I would not have any reasons to stay there under normal circumstance, because I live in the vicinity the refunded me anyway. However, they can be assured that should I have guests coming to visit and I am not able to accommodate them, Hyatt Place will be the first place I would put my guests in. This is not only because they gave me a refund but the stay was hospitable and the amenities exceeded my expectations, given their price point! Their rooms were spacious and their hot water is hot! Also a shout out to their staff for working through the inclement weather! Thank you ******* and Hyatt Place Nashville / Brentwood!

Breakfast was set up nicely just not much choice if you didn’t want onions in your eggs. Otherwise I was happy with breakfast and my stay

Receptionist nice. Room wasn’t cleaned and we were there 4 nights. Had to go down to get clean towels. Had a leak by the window that had been there for a while

Excellent accommodations for the price. Clean rooms! Courteous staff! Outstanding breakfast!

The room was clean. Adequate parking, but there is a charge. That was unexpected.
