The Coral at Atlantis

酒店水上樂園非常好玩，餐廳基本都需要預約，人一多就有點兒超負荷

We loved Atlantis but the Coral was outdated and there were many things that were broken and needed fixing.

Atlantis was beautiful celebrated Valentine's Day and my 30th anniversary they exceeded my expectations at POSIDONE buffet at the Valentine's Day dinner it was just beautiful there team did an amazing job and the lobster was great. Saint was our waiter he was amazing to everyone around him very helpful to everyone and accommodating very positive attitude. I will be returning as this is not my first time I visited 10 year's ago with my children and it is still a very beautiful resort

Perfect!! I'm single but the resort is very family friendly-staff were amazing, they take care of you-aquariums and shopping is flawless..

Staff was very friendly, but Found information inconsistent between staff. Facility is beautiful. Expected pools to be heated this time of year and only found the rapid river was heated. Did not like that you could only use credit card on property results in extra fees. Did not like that they charge $250 to card upon check in vs. hold card number for incidentals. Still waiting to receive $250 credit to return 4 days after leaving.

The hidden fees and false sense of a deal by offering additional food credits per hundred dollars-just to pull more money out of tourist, to incite more tax and gratuity is in poor taste. The mere fact that myself and the 5 other adults feel taken advantage of is the main reason I would not return to Atlantis as a guest. Sure I may get a day pass but I refuse to ever book a stay there again. Although I was taught buyer beware I don’t like to do business with businesses that make me have to beware and are not transparent. I like honest and fair business and feeling like it was worth every penny. The restaurant were just ok except for Nobu & Chopstix other than that I could have really don’t without the food credits all together. In closing, I was told my locals to stay at a neighboring hotel and just get a day pass which I intended to do next time. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. It definitely won’t happen again.

I like that my room was close to the water so I could hear the waves, I DID NOT like that the access to the beach area was closed, and I did NOT like how the staff kept shuffling me to the next person to check in.

It was very expensive to stay at this property, including dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner

I loved Playtime with the Dolphins. The staff that ran the experience were excellent! The one thing that I feel Atlantis in general could work on would be staff communication. We were not given much information about where to go, what was available, etc...Maybe there could be better signage on where things are.
