The Coral at Atlantis

I loved Playtime with the Dolphins. The staff that ran the experience were excellent! The one thing that I feel Atlantis in general could work on would be staff communication. We were not given much information about where to go, what was available, etc...Maybe there could be better signage on where things are.

The people are amazing. Only complaint was our room. We didn’t have a view and the water in the bathroom was a slow trickle.

I loved walking out to the water park and seeing the turtles and stingrays! I disliked the walls being super thin and not knowing that we had early checkin and was charged for it. Everyone was very nice there!

The Coral is a great location as it is within walking distance to the Marina shopping and restaurants. The room was nice and clean. We just had an issue once with no water at 4am. Other than that we would totally recommend this hotel and will definitely be back again!

The Coral at Atlantis was beautiful. The hospitality of the staff was absolutely terrible. Upon checking in we were not provided with any information on locations of restaurants, pools, activities, ect. I asked to be given a tour of the property and was told I would have to book in advance- never offered another day to tour the premises. The resort is huge so it’s very easy to get lost. Half of the staff doesn’t know where anything is and directs you to the nearest map to figure it out on your own. If a guest is spending thousands of dollars to visit this resort it would be very much appreciated to treat guest with the utmost respect and hospitality. Overall I would rate my stay here 7/10

An immense property with so much to see and do ! Staff mostly very attentive and delighted to help and friendly whereas a few about gave the impression that smiling and friendliness wasn’t necessary. I feel that more information could be provided at checkin as lots we discovered as the week went on … the app is good but not conclusive. But overall an excellent venue and if we are lucky enough to holiday in the Bahamas would definitely stay there again

The property is beautiful and there’s so much for everyone - young and old - to do and enjoy. Can’t wait to return.

We absolutely loved the Coral and the Atlantis experience. The staff was very welcoming and helpful from the front desk all the way to the cleaning staff. Coral faculties were well kept and fun. I would recommend to anyone the Coral
