Hotel excelente no geral. òtimos quartos e perfeito pra quem vai com criança. O Time de atividades infantil é excelente. Bar da piscina é mediano e tem o mesmo preço que o bar interno que é bem melhor. Voltaria com certeza.

Lugar de paz e tranquilidade, muito confortável, restaurante malta excelente 🥂

A trip remarcou em função das ondas de crimes.

The stay was very good. We were upgraded to a larger suite with a balcony and water view which was very nice. The room itself was not properly cleaned when we arrived which was disappointing but to avoid further delays I did not communicate this to the front desk so I have to be transparent about that. We found open water bottles in the mini bar and candy wrappers under the bed as well as the toilet being dirty in the bathroom. Other than that the room was fine in terms of cleanliness. Another thing we did not like was that the sliding door to the balcony did not close properly. Even when locked there was a gap between the doors so if someone on the outside wanted to open the door they could easily slip something between the doors and unlatch the lock so every night we were tying the door latch with string so that it could not be slipped open. The hotel itself was very safe and we didn’t feel unsafe at any point, but you can never be too careful and we felt this was disappointing in terms of personal safety in the room. Other than that we had a wonderful stay. The pool was very clean and pleasant to use, the buffet breakfast and dinner were SO delicious and we always found something new to try every morning and night. The buffet area was kept incredibly clean with consistent supervision from staff. We also utilized the spa and had a pleasant and relaxing experience. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay despite the downsides I described.

Hotel is very family friendly. Customer service was excellent from the moment you check in. Food had a variety of selections from Breakfast, Lunch, to Dinner. Hotel is beachfront and the views are spectacular.

Nice hotel in Natal Via Costeira, quick check in, concierge service offered but they wanted to sell vacations club, which i did not accepted

Biggest issue was with **********! I arrived too find the reservation wasn't sent to the hotel. when they tried to call ********** they claimed no evidence of reservation even though I had proof. I registered manually.At checkout,I was given a bill despite the fact that I paid. Finally, after extensive discussion and with help from Brazilian family, ********** found reservation! This was sloppy by ********** and should never have happened. Also, ********** should tell customers that if you don't speak Portuguese, you have no ability to communicate as very few staff speak English! This info should be available info during bookings. You should do the research as the booking site! Having said that, the Wish is a beautiful hotel, has a very nice pool and beach, and the staff is extremely nice, polite and tries to be helpful. The breakfast buffet is great and provides a nice selection of the wonderful Brazilian fruit.

The hotel is very good, the staff is well trained and courteous. But there’s a few things that are still missing in order to be a 5 stars hotel, like cleanliness in some areas, like swimming pool bathrooms, restaurant lamps, Botha facades and the pool itself, also the hotel is very dated with no renovations. In my opinion it’s a very good 3 stars resort
