Esse é um daqueles hotéis fora da curva. Que ficam gravados na memória. Em primeiro lugar pela arquitetura e estilo. Era um antigo frigorífico de ovelhas na região da Patagônia chilena. Na reforma eles mantiveram toda a história e equipamentos do antigo frigorífico. Quartos maravilhosos com vista imensa para o lago. Decoração perfeita e muito confortável. Restaurante é outro destaque. Cozinha maravilhosa, gourmet e atendimento do pessoal de salão é impecável. Café da manhã perfeito. Se tem um ponto que eu poderia sugerir é melhorar um pouco mais a carta de vinhos, pois o Chile tem tantas opções de vinícolas e vinhos maravilhosos que achei a carta de vinhos do restaurante um pouco desalinhada com o potencial do Chile. Mas nada que comprometa o conjunto.

昔の羊肉の加工工場跡に建てられたホテルで、機械など展示されています。部屋は最上階の３階で、フィヨルドに面していました。 3日間の滞在中は３食付きで、レストランの雰囲気は良く、食事もワインも素晴らしかった、日中のツアーの際にはガイドさんと運転手さんがホテルから用意されたランチや飲み物を出してくれましたが、ランチボックスは美味しく満足出来る物でした。ホテルのコンシェルジュ、レストランのスタッフ、ハウスキーパーと皆さん、感じが良く丁寧で素晴らしいサービスでした。

There is nothing like arriving at The Singular. Outside you see the rustic brick buildings of a slaughterhouse and processing plant. Inside you see how steam was made, refrigeration first used, and animals processed. You get to stay inside a museum! The views are breathtaking--and this is before you even go on expedition. All bedrooms face the water. The bar area is full of sink-in love seats, a roaring fire and excellent servers. The food is outstanding. The guides are above and beyond the best--and I have travelled the world. It may take forever to get to Patagonia, but once you arrive, you'll wonder what took you so long.

We arrived Puerto Natale from El Calafate. While the taxi approached the front entrance, I was surprised by a somewhat unassuming old barn, then boom, an extraordinary architecturally- stimulating building opened up in our view. In 2023, we stayed in some amazing properties in some amazing locations: Amanjiwo, Belmond in Iguazu, Explora Torrie del Paine, Alila Maldives and etc, but Singular Patagonia definitely has the most unique and cool structures. It’s not an easy task to turn a meat processing plant to such an interesting spot. Pedro Covicic did a marvelous job. The services, spa, room, bar, and restaurant are all top notch. We loved everything. So much so, I changed our accommodation reservation in Santiago from Mandarin Oriental to Singular Santiago. For all of you hotel geeks out there or anyone passing by Puerto Natalie/Torre del Paine, I highly recommend you check the place out.

The best time of the year to visit Patagonia is winter, and even better if it is in this wonderful hotel. On the excursions we were able to see all the animals, including pumas, with snowy landscapes that take your breath away, and no tourists. Then we arrived at the hotel with a warm jacuzzi overlooking the fjord. A trip we will never forget!!

We spent five nights as a family (2 older adults and 3 young adults) at this beautiful hotel. The views of the fjord, which can be seen from every room, are spectacular. The rooms and beds are very comfortable and bathrooms have tubs and showers. The food is extraordinary - meat, fish, vegetarian and they are hyper -aware of all dietary restrictions. We chose the full experience so all meals and activities were included. The guides were excellent, especially Christian and Diego (with whom we went puma tracking - very steep extra charge but we did spend nearly two hours following a mama and her cubs), Gonzalo (tour and short easy hikes in Torres del Paine NP), Pablo (two strenuous hikes - including a 13 mile round trip to the base of the Towers). We also had a cooking class with Fransisco and a bar tending class with Jessica and G-----. The fall is a great time to visit Patagonia - few tourists, leaves are changing, snow is on the mountains and the weather is exhilarating - not freezing but no summer heat!

What a great location. In a way you sleep in a museum. All rooms have a great view. Really nice restored and you feel the history. The restaurant and also the bar looks really nice, large fire. It is wise to take your jacket when going from your room to the dinner place, it is on the way a bit cold, I can image the space in between is not heated as that is the museum. I love the heated floor in the bath room. only I missed that when I had to use the toilet. In there the floor is not heated. But large and beautiful bathroom

Excellent and unique experience. The staff operates at a top level and will be sure that your stay is enjoyable. Tours are offered from the hotel but we had hiked for 5 days and simply enjoyed the comforts of the property. Although the industrial history is maintained in the architectural design, the rooms are warm and comfortable. Wonderful.

Absolutely outstanding property. Amongst the best hotels/resorts that I've ever stayed at in the world. Incredible service. It is a short ride from the Puerto Natales airport. A few highlights: - outstanding service - terrific dining experience, great food and service - very cool bar - museum in the old cold storage business - gorgeous setting

Upon arriving we knew we were in an incredible hidden abode The view from our room was lovely. Our bed was BIG & comfortable. Just walking to our room was an interesting experience and so enjoyable. We had a couple adventures withinformative guides and picnics with each one! Now - Im saving the best for last! The food was AMAZING !!! Over the top incredible and each meal was such a treat. All in all one of the most magical places to visit and recommend to friends traveling to Puerto Natales.

This hotel is an incredible, visionary adaptive reuse of a former meat processing facility. The person who had the vision to create a top-tier luxury hotel out of the former processing plant deserves several awards. Our room was fantastic and overlooked Last Hope Sound. To reach your rooms, the lobby, and the restaurant you walk through preserved portions of the old processing plant. The staff was very helpful, and the hotel offers numerous excursions in Tierra del Paine National Park and the Puerto Natales area.

Amazing stay! The entire hotel since you walk in is crazy beautiful and everyone is super kind. At the restaurant, Diego was our waiter, he was so kind and professional, he really made our stay be very special and made us feel like home far from home. Everything he recommended we liked (and im super picky). At the bar Nicolas helped us through recommendations at the hotel as well, very nice person. The entire hotel staff made us feel like home. I cannot wait to come back!

I love everything about this hotel. They way they have repurposed an old slaughterhouse and cold storage plant into a luxury hotel is remarkably unique, right down to the post Victorian antiques and collection of machinery so cleverly displayed throughout the hotel. Comfy rooms with huge picture windows overlooking the fjord, excellent cuisine featuring Patagonian gastronomy, and above all, the best staff I’ve encountered at a hotel in recent member. In a world of ‘meh’ service, they really stood out. Let me single out Daniel in reception/bell service for his gracious attitude and encyclopedic knowledge of things to do in the area surrounding the hotel, Omar who is a true hospitality pro in every sense of the word, Ivan for helping to retrieve a lost jacket, Kelly for pulling strings to get me an outside restaurant reservation, Angelo for a great orientation walk upon arrival, Christian for spending time with me describing the history of the property. A waiter in the breakfast room (Domino?) who was focused on every detail of service, including asking me if I wanted my omelette moist or well cooked! As amazing as the physical structure and design are, it’s your people who truly make a difference. They are simply remarkable.
