非常に不満 私がホテルに泊まった最初の夜は、午後9時以降、エリア全体が停電になりました。 ホテルは事前に連絡せず、私の電話番号を知らないと言ったのでしょうか？ ！ チェックインの際、滞在を継続するかどうかを尋ねられました。 すでに午後9時30分を過ぎていましたが、他に空いているホテルはありませんでした。 一晩中電気も照明もエアコンもありません 料理するためにたくさんの食材を買ったのに、電気がないと料理できない ホテルはその後返金を拒否した チェックイン時に電気がないことを伝えられたとのこと。 非常に不満を感じる 極度の不満！ チェックイン初日の夜、午後9時以降にエリア内で停電が発生しました 私の携帯番号を知らないと言っていたので、これまで知らされていなかったのですか?! 照明なし、エアコンなし 小さな懐中電灯をくれただけで、扇風機さえもくれませんでした。 チェックイン時にすでに状態を伝えたとのことで、返金を拒否しました 午後9時に連絡があり、電力不足のためエリア全体が閉鎖された場合、他の選択肢はありますか?

Unfortunately, our stay at Pullman Bunker Bay was very disappointing, particularly when it came to service and cleanliness. The resort itself is in a beautiful location and our room was quite spacious, but that was overshadowed by what felt like a serious lack of staff and attention to guests. Our room was not properly serviced until around 5 PM, which is extremely late, and even after housekeeping had been through, there was still rubbish left beside the desk that had not been cleaned up. The biggest disappointment, however, was the service. Several staff members came across as rude and unaccommodating, and we simply did not feel the level of hospitality you would expect from a property positioning itself as a five-star resort. On our check-out day, we politely asked reception whether we could have just 15 additional minutes to check out, and the request was refused. We understand that late check-out is subject to availability, but considering we were asking for only 15 minutes, the inflexibility and manner in which it was handled left a particularly poor final impression. For a five-star property, you expect attentive service, properly cleaned rooms and staff who make guests feel welcome. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here. The location and spacious rooms have great potential, but the service and housekeeping standards need significant improvement. Based on our stay, I would not consider the overall experience to be at a five-star level.

Highly recommend the 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms villa, with living room, dining room and kitchen! Very nice and spacey room and chill resort. But the hotel sent us emails everyday which is a bit much, about water pipe maintenance, about electricity outage etc.

Spent 3 nights at this hotel for a friends trip we were in a 3 bedroom villa. Lovely room, large with fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. Housekeeping was done daily and to high standards. Would have liked more toiletries replenished on the second day, because of the sprawling estate calling for housekeeping takes a while for things to be delivered. Breakfast is plentiful lots of variety. Cooked to order eggs did take took long. Overall a lovely stay, special thanks to Adelaide for making our dinner special!

Stayed at beautiful Pullman Bunker Bay Resort Margaret River Region for our 15th wedding anniversary weekend and it honestly made the celebration extra special. We were upgraded to a 2-bedroom villa and welcomed with a bottle of wine from guest services as an anniversary gift. Such a thoughtful touch that made us feel so celebrated and cared for. A peaceful weekend filled with love, relaxation, and beautiful family memories by the beach. 🤍🥂

What I like: Location What I don't like: When it gets dark, not enough light to guide us back to our room. Got lost quite a lot of time 🥹 Didn't like the shower either.. The handshower wasn't adjustable so it's fixed at a height where it's a struggle for a 162cm girl 😭

Liked the place, first day dinning service was not good, however next day at swimming pool, the cafe service was great😀

I was a little disappointed with my stay. I had booked the hotel room in advance, but when I checked in, my 12-year-old son came with me and I was told I had to pay an additional $100 per night for him. I wasn’t expecting such a significant extra charge and felt this should have been made clearer when I made the booking.

During my stay, there were thunderstorms every night, and the thunder was incredible loud. Despite that, I still enjoyed my stay.

Overall experience is ok! Staffs are some what helpful but when we called from our room to the reception to ask for buggy to pick our whole family, it took forever so that we decided to walk instead. Maybe that’s what they want lol.
