ホテル ヴァル ド ノイ(Hotel Val de Neu G.L.)

Excellent. Albeit a bit pricey, we went during Easter which I believe is one of the peak weeks of the season so perhaps that is why the hefty bill. Putting that aside, the hotel has all you would want in the area, great venues, beautiful lounge areas, great location, very well appointed rooms and social areas; very good breakfast and impressive service level. It is truly a 5 star hotel. I would recommend it highly and would be delighted to come back

It's always fantastic at Val de Neu (it's the 6th time for us), everything was just perfect. We can't wait to come back. The breakfast is amazing, the staff est very kind and always keen to help. The ski room is very convenient and we even have some help there ! A big thank you for this great experience.

The hotel is just amazing and I am not giving it the top rating because of one simple thing: the wifi service is so so bad. And is a pity because the hotel is amazing, the team staff is the best in Baqueira and probably one of the best in Spain. But the internet speed is SO bad.

This is, without the shadow of a doubt, the best hotel in Baqueira and one of the best ski hotels I have ever been to. Everything from the location next to the ski gondola (2 minute walk, literally) to the quality of service makes it well deserve 5 stars. They were very helpful with us in all of our bookings (ski material, ski school for our son, restaurant bookings, booking of a dog sled experience), making the whole experience simply flawless. What makes this place remarkable is the quality of its restaurants. Forget about “mountain grub” you normally get in the Alps and come here to enjoy some real cuisine in its 4 restaurants. Honestly, we have rarely eaten so well anywhere. Their attention to children is also remarkable, which makes this the best place to come with little ones. Cannot fault Val de Neu. This was our third time with them, and we will be back next year.

This was our seventh visit to the Hotel Val De Neu and once again we had a very enjoyable stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, hotel immaculate, food delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed as always the cosy bar with a fire at the end of long day in the mountains. The breakfast is possibly the best hotel breakfast we have ever experienced - perfect for a day on the slopes. The hotel make the ski day so easy with everything stored at the bottom of the gondola with helpful staff assisting you with your skis and lockers. We have stayed in many resorts but Baqueira remains our favourite. We will be back again next year. Thank you Hotel Val De Neu.

Excellent property, with attentive service from one and all. Short walk to the ski gondolas, and fun snow-shoeing trek to a nearby village. Amazing breakfast, included. And compared with CO or UT resorts, a definite value. Special shout-out to Andres de Lucio, a maitre 'd in the restaurants. Nothing better than receiving expert suggestions about dinner choices and a "special" wine, which turned out to be a terrific value as well as delicious. And another shout-out to Serge, who poured our GTs in the Bistro with aplomb!

The hotel service was good. However, the service in the bistro was very bad. The spa is not included if you re staying in the hotel. Overall staff is very nice. Wouldn't recommend this place again. The room was too expensive for the service quality.

It was really an excellent experience, everything is beautiful and the service is so cute, everybody in this hotel is so kind, love them ! The hotel is at 30sec of the ski station it’s very simple and useful. And finally this hotel is so confortable.

The rooms at this hotel are superb and very comfortable. The breakfast was perfect with lots to choose from. Location could not be better. The negatives were, the Wifi was not great in our room, the room was a little too warm- with no adjustment available on the thermostat. Also €22 parking for a night should be included in a hotel of this calibre. But overall for this location it is by far the best place to stay.
