Best Western Navarre Waterfront

Other than a leaking toilet in the first room they gave me. Very nice hotel. They changed my room immediately.

Staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good, really exceeded expectations. Room was very nice and clean.

Rooms were under construction.. Staff downgraded my room without telling me and asked me to sign agreeing to a downgraded room without notifying me of the change. After asking them why the room was two queens instead of the king I had already called and confirmed they had... they only said sorry some other staff did that change because of the construction. I was not credited for this change and they notified me they would move me to a king room the next day however they never contacted me or offered to move me to the original room I paid for. The room I received had basically no weather *****ping around the door so I heard all my neighbors conversations and a constant cold draft. The cheap laminate floor in the elevator is peeling up like it's from the 80's and had to ignore the banging noise from the elevator shaft whenever passing the second floor. If there's a slight breeze you can forget the fire pit outside, it looks nice but you will not feel any warmth from it. As for the positives- the restaurant next door is great.

Much better than last year. I visit the area yearly and the motel was an improvement over last year. Cleaner, crisp and looks like a new coat of paint! It's clean and comfortable and I am already planning to stay again. It's close to everything, and it's on the water.

Friendly staff, coffee and hot water provided by entrance. Located right next to a white sand beach and a pool. I will stay again if I have the chance.

Accommodations were very good. The lady who checked us in was very personable. Room was very comfortable and clean. We had breakfast both mornings and we were very pleased. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to navarre, fl

Sally the person at the desk, was wonderful and handled a problem with had . She was very professional. Wonderful hot breakfast. Needs to be served for a longer time than 6-8 am. Other guest not able to enjoy so rarly

Get away from the over eat over stressed Thanksgiving Holiday and enjoy the beach. The employees weren't upset when they had to work the holiday. They were freakin awesome.

Used this motel as a temporary home as we prepared to move into our permanent house. Staff very friendly and helpful. Easy access on & off Hi-way 98.
