Overall great experience

We were assigned a room on the first floor. Next to us were a bunch of workers who were living there at the motel. Exceedingly loud music, loud voices, and drinking beer on the sidewalk was bad enough. Then they fired up their little open grill. The smoke and lighter fluid filled our room, the noise increased, and when I came out to go to the office, they made what I can only assume were rude comments as I don't speak Spanish. We were very grateful that the lady on duty gave us a second floor room upwind of them so the noise and smell were immediately alleviated. If that had not happened, we would have demanded our money back and found another place to stay. I don't care how many dollars these guys are spending, that should NOT be allowed.

The syaff was wonderful, but the first and second room had multiple areas of damage and inservicability. The propery is difficult to access.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Property is decent for the price. Tip: Ask for a room close to the water heater. It can take 5 minutes for hot water to reach some rooms we were told after we checked in. For us, it was closer to 7 minutes. Good luck!

Not only was the smoke detector not present and the wires exposed, there was no light in the bathroom, the carpet and furniture was frightening, and the bed didn't seem to even be clean. Maybe we got a bad room that needed to be remodeled, but I wouldn't touch this place again with a 10-foot pole.

Apparently, this was recently a Best Western, but now it’s a Day’s Inn and they just aren’t fully ready. My first room had problems, so I was moved to a second room that also had plumbing issues, so I was moved a third time into a less appointed room. No kitchen like the first two. On the first day, the breakfast that was included was a joke. The juice machine didn’t work, no waffle batter, the bread was stale, the cereal was stale, and their “danish” was just mini hostess donuts spaced out in a case. The eggs and potatoes weren’t edible. The second day it was better, but not by much. Also, the front desk didn’t even have quarters for their own washer and dryer. Nothing is ready for prime time.

The front desk was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are okay, somewhat out dated, old phones, didn’t work, chairs are old and broken, closet to hang your clothes was broken. They fix it but broke again. Unable to hang suites. No water pressure in sink. The pool was clean, much needed relaxation.

Property is in transition to a new owner. It was not super clean, and def on the creepy side.

We say they’re doing a family reunion tired that night looking for a good comfortable night the next morning bites on my legs and itchy by bedbugs we got home changed clothes what we drove home in found one crawling in my bath. When you get out the clothes spoke with the front as speak to the manager/owner. They told me he was not on. He will return the call still today is Wednesday.9 of august have not heard from him so I need you guys to clean that place up or the health department will shut you down it’s not fair to your customers. I knew it was there when we booked the reservation..
