アンペロス レジデンス(Ampelos Residence)

Excellent across the board, the reception waited for us even though we arrived later then expected. They were very nice and went above and beyond their duties for us. The accommodations were better then expected and ended up being closer to the beach then we thought. Very nice, clean and relaxing.

This is the fifth time that we visit Naxos and the third that we come to this place. We feel really comfortable with the service of Eva, her charming willness to assist us on our holidays. Good mattresses, clean room, well equipped kitchenette and a pool to wait us every afternoon. What else do we need?

Worst experience ever! We had a voucher from last year due to wildfires in Greece. When we checked out, the owner asked for more money and when we refused to pay he was very aggressive and rude. Totally unacceptable.

Pros: Style of room Clean rooms Rooftop pool is lovely Location is perfect Cons: -Woken up on two occasions at 4am by drunken guests - Noise in general, rooms not soundproofed - No one to meet us when checking in/out - Room we had not very private as on ground floor overlooking street - No security, doors left open all night

Our trip in Greece had many stops, Creta Mykonos Naxos... Ampelos residence was one of our best experience. Beautiful decorated rooms, comfortable bed, a small pool on the top and a big smile and service from the leader Evi. We are a bit far away now but we hope to return! July 2021

Our stay at Ampelos was perfect from start to finish! From the very clean and chic room to the hospitality, we ended up extending our stay because we couldn’t get enough! Thank you Ampelos!

Stanze piccole e non corrispondenti alle foto. Assolutamente da evitare se non volete incappare in gravi disagi. Proprietaria fugge e non risponde alle telefonate.assolutamente mancanza di professionalità. Avevano prenotato una quadrupla e ci siamo ritrovati in una doppia con due letti aggiunti !
