Ema communicated well, was friendly and provided good info to our questions. Nearby parking is available but you must reserve the space in advance. Close to the beach. We would definitely book the same flat again on a future visit to Nazare.

The apar**ent had everything you could need and close to the beach, quiet street with groceries and restaurant just a few steps away. The closed parking area access was really great to have, she also recommended some restaurants, the one on the same street for seafood ( can’t remember the name) was amazing!

Unfortunately we faced a very negative situation. The manager e did not seeminly understand the gravity of the matter. Perhaps language/ culture playing a part would like to give Ema the benefit of the doubt. The suite itself is beautiful, great location, well appointed, stylish. We thought it and believed it would be the 9.6 rating it was billed as. The issue we encountered, we felt was serious. We had hoped the property would do the right thing and take responsibility. Instead they offered a sorry and then went silent. At check in we noticed a smell but assumed it was a cleaning agent. We arrived shortly after the suite had been readied for our arrival. We spent the bulk of the afternoon and the early part of the evening out enjoying Nazare. We returned to the suite after dinner and turned in early. We awoke to an overwelming smell of mothballs. We uncovered two packs of these in the bedroom cupboard amongst some fabrics. Of course we moved these outside once discovered and alerted the property. The fumes were so toxic that the bedroom could not be slept in for a number of hours in the middle of the night. The fumes disapated somewhat with time but by then both my wife and I were experiencing the affects of being in close proximity for an extended period of time. A Google search clearly laid out the effects, concerns and risks associated with this product. This is serious stuff. Banned in most parts of Europe, certinally not for use in an area where people are sleeping.

Unfortunately what would have been a beautiful stay, was marred by a poor decision by management to use toxic mothballs in our immediate sleeping area. This product is banned in many parts of Europe and its health risk and concerns are well documented. We had noticed some odor at checking in, but basically placed our bags in the room and set out to explore beautiful Nazare. We returned after dinner and tucked in for an early night. Awaking a short period of time thereafter to the overwhelming fumes from the mothballs. A search of the bedroom cupboards uncovered 2 new packs amongst some fabrics. Although we immediate removed these items from the suite. The toxic smells persisted. Management were alerted and we vacated the bedroom area in the middle of the night. Attempts to deal with management met with a simple sorry and then silence when we asked their plan. Very disappointing perhaps a language or cultural issue. We remained polite and patient yet there has been no further responsibility taken by the property. We did not get a safe and comfortable accommodation, which is what we contracted and paid for. A real shame that this property has repeatedly not done the right thing.

Superb location on a quiet side street just 1 minute walk to the main street near the beach. Close to everything in Nazare. Nice functional kitchen, comfortable bed, good floor plan. The sea view is only from the small balcony or if you open the bedroom window and poke your head outside. Overall a good place to stay in Nazare.

Having spent 2 weeks in a 5* resort in the Algarve, we wanted something more real Portuguese and saw this apar**ent on Tripadvisor and we weren’t disappointed. Very central - 30 metres from beach road - very clean. Car parking is 15 metres away and couldn’t be more convenient. Ema is the host and very helpful and friendly. We were there for 4 nights and had a towel and bedding refresh after two nights. Note there is a charge of 5€ per night for the parking which is great value for money as it’s so convenient.

Great location, the apar**ent was very clean, there is a gated parking lot provided by the host and it's 5EU/night. You will pay cash, which you leave at the apar**ent when you checked out. The instructions are clear and it is a self check in /out

Kitchenette was handy. Swinging chair shown gets in the way in a small bedroom and is in front of TV blocking viewing from bed. Parking is not easy unless you get parking from the host.

Great location only metres to beach and Nazare restaurants and shopping area. Very modern well equiped apar**ent with helpful host. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
