ゴールデン クラウン ホテル(Golden Crown Hotel)

This buffet is unbelievable. You will find everything hot, fresh and tasty. The meringue dessert melts in your mouth. The lamb is incredibly tender. There is beef and bone marrow as well. The breakfast is an amazing Middle Eastern feast. The bourekas are out of this world.

Overall it was fun and relaxing... The pool area was great, not enough shading options but it's fine. The food was average quality, not fancy... To fix - beds, pillows, all the doors to guest rooms, elevators are from last century?? Will come back though...

We spent 4 nights second week of June. The first breakfast was a shock. No buffet and we had to sit in a dining room full of piles of chairs. We had enough to eat but it’s not the service we expected. Apparently it was because of the low season. Also we learnt during our check in that the pool will only open during weekend ( Friday-Saturday) and very short hours. Again this wasn’t communicated on the website. I emailed them but didn’t receive any response. When local guests arrive for the weekend they had a nice buffet breakfast which was reduced when they left. Therefore we were disappointed. Otherwise the view is nice, air-con in the room a bit noisy but doesn’t blow on the bed. Nazareth is not great, perfect if you miss traffic jam. Coming from a Big city, I just couldn’t believe how much traffic there is and was fed up with being stuck in my car.

Great pool area, comfortable rooms, good and varied food, polite and caring staff and a wonderful view from the delightful lobby over the Jezreel valley towards the Gilboa Mountains in the distance. What more could one ask for ?

Great overall experience in this hotel. Rooms are well appointed only criticism is bathroom a little on small side but still managble. Food was amazing with so much choice even for vegetarians. Breakfast was endless & maintained at all times.

After a nine hour journey this hotel is a jewel in the crown of Nazareth, clean rooms, helpful staff, amazing swimming pool and a fantastic view over the whole Valley. All creature comforts with a nice buffet restaurant and entral for most of the sites. Yep... Recommend. 👍

We spent 3 nights here at the end of June, 2022, as part of our pilgrimage in the Holy Land. This hotel had excellent service, a lovely lobby and bar area with a beautiful view, and a gracious dining area. The food was splendid for breakfasts and dinners, with many options and variety from day to day. The pool was also enjoyable, and quite large, though the pool hours were rather restrictive: they were only open until 6 PM while we were there, so we didn’t get a chance to swim as we were sightseeing throughout the days. The room was comfortable but could use some updating. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed there for the weekend. The hotel is O.K., the staff is O.K., but the rooms are not clean enough. Renovation and cleaning are required. Besides, the hotel's location is somewhat problematic, as it is quite far from the center of Nazareth.

About 4 weeks ago we stayed at the Golden Crown Hotel in Nazareth. It was a family vacation with our children and grandchildren - 3 rooms. The rooms are reasonable, the breakfast is good, but... We had a serious problem with the bathroom. It seems that the shower has been renovated at some point and the flooring inside the shower is rough anti-slip tiles. The bathroom tiles are completely smooth. When you shower, water from the shower goes into the bathroom and wets the floor, which becomes even slippery. Because of this problem, on Friday night when I got out of the shower and even though I spread the foot towel on the floor, I slipped on the towel which was also already wet. I flew with all my body weight with a huge thud onto the floor and then under the sink. Needless to say, from that moment we could no longer enjoy the vacation and what we had planned to do. The pains were strong and the suffering great. Worse than that, the hotel and the management of the hotel-chain didn't really care about the situation. We were promised that they would come back to us from the hotel to check what was going on with us, and that didn't happen. We contacted the CEO of the hotel-chain, who after two weeks got back to us with a promise that the matter would be taken care of and "we will have a positive experience". And since then, despite repeated appeals to him (by phone and email), there has been no response. As if they don’t care at all about us, their customers nor the situation. With such attitude, we will not return to this hotel and do not recommend it!!! The hotel and the management failed in a big way – having such a problem in the bathroom and in their attitude towards us, their customers.
