This is our second time at this hotel and all the staff are absolutely wonderful. Any question we have asked, they have gone above and beyond to answer them! The hotel is extremely clean! Rooms are cleaned daily and there’s a wide range of food choices. We are vegetarian and did not struggle to find food. One day we even asked the chef if they could make us a vegetarian pasta dish for dinner because there wasn’t any vegetarian pasta dishes that evening and they went above and beyond and brought it to our table. We met Sophia back in 2018 and she was exceptional. We met her again 6 years later and she still remembered us and was just brilliant! Such a lovely girl and extremely helpful and kind. The team and the SPA are great, very welcoming, I had a deep tissue massage by Irini and I have to say that was the best massage I have had! All in all I would definitely recommend this hotel ! Beach and pool both are fab too, not to forget the most beautiful sunsets!

Have just returned from a 10 day stay we were a party of 4 as 2 couples The hotel itself is on a main road with a lot of graffiti on the roadside leading to it so we did wonder where we were going, however once inside the hotel is really nice and I guess a beach resort is the best way to describe it . We had booked Deluxe Garden view rooms however in all honesty we had no view at all from our rooms except for a hedge and tree which were right up against the balcony making it dark and oppressive, there was never any real sun or warmth on it so we didn’t feel able to sit out there at all … beyond the hedge was literally the hotels service road so quite noisy in the mornings and often the smell of diesel fumes etc so this wasn’t the garden view we were expecting! On reflection we should have probably asked for different rooms but after we unpacked really couldn’t face a move, we did feel slightly irritated as a couple who checked in with us complained they didn’t want the economy room road view they booked so the hotel upgraded them at no cost to the same type of room as ours with a far better view The food is some of the best we have ever experienced in AI hotels, lots of variety, generally hot food was hot and salads fantastic … Desserts get rather repetitive and very much same every day and no provision of any sugar free alternatives that we have had in many other AI As a new diabetic the only drinks available to me were sparkling water or Diet Coke ( and no Diet Coke available in the restaurants drink machines) Many hotels have now changed to offering Fanta and Sprite sugar free drinks … we discussed this with the manager and he very kindly got in for me Sprite Zero both at the bars and in our room mini bar which opened up so many more options for me!! Unfortunately it did take 5 days to actually get it but we were offered a voucher for a dinner to be taken in the Al la Carte restaurant which was much appreciated and the food excellent All the staff are friendly and helpful especially Sofia and Christina at the Pool Bar The animation team work really hard to keep you entertained etc The light show at the neighbouring sister hotel Pomegranate is not to be missed you can either walk along or the helpful concierge will take you in the golf carts There was no problem getting sun beds either by the pool or on the beach. The beach sun beds are rather close together and could be better if a little more space between them They market this hotel as a beautiful Sandy beach … it has sand but an awful lot of pebbles and stones too and this made getting into the sea not as easy as we hoped. The biggest drawback of this hotel for us is it’s location, there is no local bus service and no where to really walk to of any real interest from the hotel! We do like to be somewhere we can explore and look at local crafts or souvenirs We got a taxi to the nearby town of Neo Moudania which was very nice on market day to wander about but just not enough

It’s the second time we visit the hotel so we knew we were booking something really good! Happy to see again a lot of the stuff we already knew. Was great to see also that the animation team and all the activities we loved last year were still there for us to make our daily program more enjoyable! Highly recommend!

It was first time in this hotel and we are very happy that we chose it) Had a lot of activities for adults and it’s very good because u can be active and don’t loose time in the room… Beach is very comfortable and clean,the staff is very friendly and they can always help u when u have the questions. Thank u,see u again

First of all love the cleaning ladies they did our room every day and was very nice we had one ladies in the night old who always smile. Then the restaurant gives good balkan food that I love and the soups 😍 Great bartenders I loved Stella and Xara. Animation team did great job by not being rude and annoying always smile polite and elegant. Thanks to Artemis and Ritonia and Ovidujus and Maria. Great live music and great karaoke. Thank you ☺️

I really enjoyed my holidays in this hotel, all the staff was really friendly and helpful, also food and drinks was really tasty. Hotel is modern and has an amazing beach. During the day time I participated in many activities with the animators, all of them were so nice and friendly, I spent an amazing time with them, also me and my family enjoyed a lot their shows in the night. So I want to say big thanks for them, they are amazing team!
